La Romana

We had the best pizza and pasta since our visit in Italy last year. The fettuccine a la carbonara in the cheese wheel was our highlight this evening.
We sat lustige in front of the church. It’s a nice spot in the evening.

Fantastic Italian restaurant in a pedestrian plaza in the centre of Coín. Authentic Italian plates with very friendly and attentive staff. Atmospheric location and highly recommended for a family meal

We were disappointed by our starters which were not as good as the photos shown, the pigs cheeks were to die for, absolutely delicious, hence the five stars

Wow. We had the 12 euros menu deal. Massive starter of bruschetta delicious then pasta was cooked perfect al dente. Really well presented. The seats are a little uncomfortable but the waitress changed them for us. Very friendly service. Well worth visiting.

I know, who comes to Spain to eat Italian? But this trattoria was a great find for lunch outside. Very quiet, in the shadow of the fine Iglesia de San Juan Bautista, with the church bell ringing every quarter of an hour. The fixed menu at €12 including a beer and coffee was excellent value. Leisurely rather than speedy service, but we were not in a hurry. Recommended.

Had a really excellent meal at an old haunt in a new venue. Our first visit and we weren't disappointed. A warm welcome from Eugenio the owner 😊 the food was of a very high standard served beautifully. Friendly and efficient staff so we'll definitely be back

We had the menu del dia and could not believe the quality of the food that was served by Maria del mar our waitress who was so attentive and lovely. We had 3 courses and a drink for 10€ it is one of the best I have had in Spain and I lived here for 7 years. I would this wholeheartedly.

La Romana was delicious! The atmosphere outside was inviting and the staff very attentive. The prices are unmatchable compared to the US, and the pasta with spinach, pine nuts, and raisins had a fantastic flavor profile. Highly Recommend!

I was very impressed from La Romana . The food was delicious and the service was great. We were served from Merry and she was fabulous with the kids and very friendly and helpful all the time. Will visit again if I am at Coin.
