Cortijo El Garzopo

Wonderful house, right in the middle of Orgiva, so very easy access to everything, but also secluded with lots of private space and very quiet. Stefan and Naomi were great hosts and the house has everything you might need. Would definitely recommend and return soon! Many thanks

This is the 3rd time staying at El Garzopo, what a beautiful house, lovingly restored with such attention to detail. Lots of doors and windows that can be opened letting a lovely breeze through the house, even on the hottest day.
The pool is great and really needed for a cool down, In a garden full of shaded corners and fruit trees. Naomi & Stefan have created a real gem, they are both really helpful and friendly. Orgiva is a great little town, enough bars and restaurants to keep you fed and watered for a couple of weeks but with a really relaxing vibe, the surrounding area is lovely from the spa town of Lanjaron to the white mountain villages. What's not to love, if you are looking for a relaxing but interesting holiday in a fantastic house in an beautiful part of Spain this is the place for you.

We have just spent a fabulous 10 days in Orgiva at 'El Garzapo'.
The house was just perfect for the four of us. It's been beautifully renovated by Stefan and Naomi, and provided everything we needed. The garden is exquisite, a real treat for a town house.
The Alpajurras mountains are stunning and we visited several white villages on our travels, hiking between and above them. There is much more for us to explore on our return trip, hopefully in the near future. We even managed to find time for road biking on the well-maintained, mountain roads.
Orgiva is a gem. There are some excellent cafés and restaurants in town. Our best meal was at Baraka, offering superb vegetarian cuisine. The Indoor Market and the coffee in the café on the upper level are also a must.
We highly recommend the accommodation, hosts and area!

Excellent house in the centre close to the centre with all you need to make the best of your time in Orgiva, Stefan is always at hand to help. Great views, lovely garden and a pool too. This was our second time here.

Undoubtedly the best holiday accommodation in Orgiva. It's even better than the owner's photos and description. Additionally, Stefan and Naomi go out of their way to welcome and help in any way necessary. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool and garden with fruit trees are enhanced by the many little touches throughout. Everything has been renovated, but entirely in keeping with a traditional cortijo of the area. You'd be mad not to stay here!

This is already the fourth time we had been staying at El Garzopo. And it is verly likely that we will come again.
The house is equipped with everything one needs. The garden with its pool is gorgeous and the view from the balcony on the illuminated church just spectacular.
Stefan and Naomi are the best hosts one can imagine.

We stayed at the El Garzopo for three days in December 2021. We found the house very clean and comfortable, it even had floor heating, making it nice and cosy. The location is excellent right in the centre of Orgiva next to the church with outstanding views from the top floor. Highly recommended!

Amazing house with a lush garden, pool, several terraces overlooking a beautiful church and mountains. Above expectations.

Nous sommes revenus dans cette location toujours aussi agréable.Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi disponibles. La vue est splendide sur le clocher et la Sierra Nevada. Almunecar, Salobrena et surtout Grenade ne sont pas très loin.

Wir hatten das Glück gleich in 2 unterschiedlichen FeWo des Vermieters wohnen zu dürfen. Die FeWo ist großartig! Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz im Urlaub so begehrt. Sehr sauber mit Pool und einem zauberhaftem Garten.
Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und hat uns bei unserem Aufenthalt mit Baby sehr geholfen.
Leider kann ich keine 10 Sterne vergeben.

Tipp am Rande: Mückenspray nicht vergessen.

Hemos pasado tres semanas muy agradables en Órgiva. La casa era muy bonita, el jardín era precioso y muy agradable, incluyendo una piscina con jacuzzi no muy grande, pero no hacía falta más. Adicionalmente, los dueños, Stefan y Naomi, eran muy hospitalarios asudando en lo que hiciera falta

Wir haben uns hier pudelwohl gefühlt. Es ist wirklich so schön, wie es die Bilder vermuten lassen! Vor allem der Garten mit dem haushohen duftenden Jasmin. Dem Avokadobaum und den Orangen und Zitronen garantiert gute Erholung!

Das wunderbar erbaute und gestaltete, einzigartige Haus liegt mitten in Órigiva, ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Obwohl mitten in der Stadt gelegen liegt dieses Objekt absolut still. Es gibt einen wunderschönen, bunten Garten mit einem großen Pool und mit entsprechenden Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeiten. Innen ist das Haus großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung und auch die Haustechnik sind üppig und es fehlt an nichts, supertolles Internet und TV. Wir haben dort einige Wochen verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Stefan y Naomi son personas maravillosas.
Hicieron súper fácil mi llegada y la estancia en Garzapo y la Cueva.
La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilos. La zona es silenciosa de noche y las vistas son espectaculares. Todo estába muy limpio y la decoración es como un cuento.
Volveré a repetir sin dudar si vuelvo a la zona.

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen und sehr liebevoll renovierten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht zum Entspannen, für HomeOffice... Der Garten mit Pool ist ein Paradies. Unter den Zitrusbäumen kann die Seele baumeln.

El Garzopo es un lugar ideal para pasar las vacaciones, tanto en verano como en invierno. La casa es perfecta, muy cuidada en cada detalle. Cómoda y bonita a la vez. Se agradece su tranquilidad, aunque al mismo tiempo está al lado de todo.Totalmente recomendable. Volveremos siempre

Hemos pasado un puente inolvidable, la casa es espectacular, el patio es precioso y la piscina estupenda!!hemos estado súper agusto sin faltarle ningún detalle. Está muy bien situada para visitar los pueblos de la zona. Volveremos a repetir sin duda!

Jeg likte oppholdet vårt i Garzopo i desember 2021 veldig godt. Leiligheten er autentisk, designet og innredet etter lokale (andalusiske) særpreg. Huset er sjarmenerende, ren, romslig, og ligger i sentrum av Orgiva med butikker og kirken i gangavstand. Vi fikk en varm og personlig velkomst fra eierne. I tillegg fikk vi deilige og hjemmelagde julekjeks. Huset var varmt og veldig komfortabel. Det anbefales på det sterkeste.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous passons nos vacances dans cette location. Cette ancienne menuiserie a été complètement restaurée avec goût.Tout est parfaitement entretenu.
