Hotel H10 Estepona Palace

We were in Estepona Palace two weeks ago and we loved it. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, food is great. Everyone working at the reception was super nice and the girls from the kids club ( Alma, Alba and Maria) absolutely wonderful. My daughter had the best time. I already recommended the hotel to all my friends that are planning to visit Andalucia. Estepona is very close ( like 10 min with a taxi) and the city is super cute and worth visiting.

We've been to a few H10 hotels, and this was as good as the rest. The rooms were well decorated and so fresh and clean. The food was excellent. We were half board and ate most of our lunches there too in their terrace restaurant, as the food choice there was excellent and it was waiter service too. We checked out early morning so they were kind enough to make us both a picnic basket , which as a really nice touch. We both enjoyed the holiday experience and we would go back there again.

Had a wonderful week at this Hotel. The rooms were clean and well located with great sea views. We had All Inclusive, which helped with the cost and meant we always had access to grub or a drink. It was also handy as the Hotel isn’t that close to external restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are fairly limited, but well tended and there was generally always a sunbed if you wanted one. Estepona old town is a fantastic place full of interesting streets, wonderfully decorated with beautiful flowers. I was so impressed with the colourful flower beds that line most of the main roads. This hotel is perfectly positioned if you want to hire a car and drive to Cordoba, Seville and Ronda.

This is the 6th H10 hotel we've stayed in, in the last three years, and having stayed in three different rooms during our 10 day peak season stay in Estapona we feel we can comment more knowledgeably.
We love the whole H10 ethos. Karen and Natasha, our Privilege customer service reps, exemplified this by going above and beyond the call of duty. The food was top notch and the whole catering team, from the Head Chef down to the cashiers, need to be congratulated (as do the remaining staff).
The downsides in this H10 are a lack of power points in every room. In one room we had to unplug the TV for the coffee machine, but the reception did give us an extension lead. There are no USB points in any of the rooms.
The entertainment on the second floor outside terrace (not every night) went on till after 11:30 and could be heard even on the sixth floor with the doors closed.
Nevertheless everything else about the hotel was superb and we wouldn't hesitate going back there.

A hidden gem in Estepona, Spain. We stayed here while on our family road trip, the hotel staff was lovely and reception was incredibly helpful. Our room with balcony had a breathtaking coastline panorama of Costa Del Sol and Gibraltar, breakfast and dinner buffet was pleasant. A memorable experience and we will be sure to be back.

We had left a disastrous villa and were saved by Diego(reception) and his team. They couldn’t have been more welcoming. The hotel was wonderful, the kids loved the pool and the buffet breakfast/evening meal. We will return.

Lovely well presented hotel. Friendly helpful staff. High level of cleanliness. Nice outside areas. Room spacious with amazing sea view. Food good quality and good variety.

We have now spent three holidays here knowing the high quality of service and care we receive from all the staff. Only having to walk down the hotel steps onto the beach, access to nearby bus stop, underground car park and within walking distance of a lovely market makes it an ideal location.

Lovely hotel , the staff were so warm and welcoming . The rooms were spacious clean and fresh . The breakfast perfect before a round of golf !

Relaxed atmosphere in an excellent location.

Beds are good, pools also good a bit cold but it was October. Beach is 10 meter walk from the pool. A lot of entertainment for kids and adults all day long. Would like to have some more variation in the breakfast, everyday it was the same. There is al bar/lunch location near the pool, prices are fine. Overall good hotel with excellent service!

Very profey and friendly staff. Cleaning service very good. Very good and well equipped gym .Very well located . Walking distance to grocery store and pharmacy. Pool clean and extensive . Incredible view to the sea. Immediate ,easy access to the beach. Guaranteed many coming visits!

We had a fantastic time here! The hotel was beautiful, the staff was so warm and helpful. Our rooms were fantastic. For a family vacations we rented to regular resort rooms and one ocean view room. They were all tiled with their own private balconies and we were able to all be on the same floor. They had some type of live music every night which was fun. I can't say enough how great the staff was. We decided to go all inclusive which was the best choice for us and didn't have to worry about anyones drinks or food. If we didn't I would explore restaurants in the old town or marina or Estepona which all looked really amazing as well

It's OK, not enough plugs for phone charging, very long walking from restaurant to the room. Food is a bit like in the 3 star hotel.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Amazing from start to finish! Every member of staff we dealt with were amazing, so friendly, polite and extremely professional - we were made to feel part of this big happy family! The activities were great and we loved the entertainment staff!
Missing this place already! Highly recommend!

We stayed in a superior room with sea view and privilege service. The room was very large and tastefully decorated. A great view over pool and out to sea. We could hear the sea in our room. Privilege service includes daily pool towel changes and twice daily room service. There is also a private bar with drinks included on price. We were on a half board basis and the food was very good, buffet each meal with plenty of choice. Meals had a canteen rather than restaurant feel but thst was to be expected.
Pool area was great with a lovely pool, plenty of sun Loungers, although there is the usual reserving with towels. The location is quiet with little around. Marina is about a mile away and easily walkable. Estepona old town is definitely worth a visit but take a taxi as its a much longer walk. The hotels private beach is nice but be aware there are some rocks in the sea.
Overall a fantastic hotel, lovely staff, great location and well worth staying in. We loved it.

This was my second stay here and this time my husband and I came here with friends to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our room was beautiful and they left us a lovely bottle of wine a chocolate cake, and also some lovely plate of ham and crackers. I just love how calm the whole place feels. This hotel is for sure my favourite place! Thank you H10 estapona!

This is the second time we have stayed at the H10 when visiting Estepona and always have an excellent time. The hotel is beautiful, well located close to Estepona port and town, lovely clean rooms, attentive staff and beautiful beach walks right on the doorstep. Large buffet with lots of options and very pleased to see more varied vegan/vegetarian options available now too. Would highly recommend staying here!
