Restaurant Telero

I never write reviews anywhere although I use to read them before I go to a restaurant. I’m from Valencia, but I live overseas. My parents were in Gandia having a little vacation by the beach and I decided to gift them a dinner in Telero.
My parents told me that the food and wine were superb and the experience was amazing! Both of them were extremely happy when they left.
I hope I can go one day and I am very glad they enjoyed it. Thanks Telero for such an amazing job!

Loved the food and service was excellent. We were lucky to get an early table just as the restaurant got filled up for lunch. What a lovely surprise in this small town. We'll definitely be coming back and recommending this to others if they are venturing this way.
Their salted tuna was perfectly balanced with the red peppers and auburgine to start and the fideau melosa was delicious and nothing we've ever tried before. The scallop was perfect. Finished with almond cake with an orange sauce.

Delicious Spanish food and good (and cheap) Wine

Exquisite food and excellent service. We were invited there and had the Burrata with aubergines...wow for the flavor. Also the fish and octopus were excellent. Finally the sweet fig ice cream for dessert. A marvelous place.

Food was divine.
Wine was great.
Atmosphere was good.

I have eaten here many times. Always delicious.

The lobster Arroz Meloso was divine 😋 The service was very helpful, giving, and spoke many languages. Go to this place!

This place was easily one of the best restaurants i ve been. Value for money was amazing. The quality of the food was great. The paella was perfect. The atmosphere and people really good. I highly recommend, but book before as it was packed.

Put simply, everything was perfect. Food was beautifully simple, perfectly seasoned and cooked to our taste. Plates were kept very hot also to our request. It wasn't too busy, would love to experience the atmosphere when full booked. Thank you for a wonderful night! We will be back

What a super place! We were introduced toTelero by our neighbours and what a joy. Family run, oozing with character, attentive, helpful table service. Beautifully presented food. A must go for the discerning Client.

Very good service and food. Dishes have fantasy and were very well cooked and plated. Especially loved the scallop starter. Sublime! We tried duck breast and Iberico feather steak. Both were excellent. Expansive and interesting wine list. Service was top notch. Really excellent espresso. We will be back.

We were invited here by some friends who had been here before. A very pleasant surprise. Excellent food and service. For connoisseurs a rich wine list for all tastes. We will definitely be back when we pass through the area.

This is the first time we have visited the restaurant, but it wont be the last. We come to Gandia twice a year on holiday. I cant say this is the best restaurant in Gandia, to make that statement you would have to have visited everyone, all I can say its by far the best restaurant we have been to. From entering the establishment, to the friendly welcome, service and last but not least the superb food, a true little gem. Ten out of Ten. This will take some beating.

We had a wonderful evening here. The service was amazing; knowledgeable about the menu and very relaxed when talking in English. Then the food.....wow! A flavour explosion in every mouthful and you must leave enough room for the desserts. Fantastic evening out with the family.

We found this place through the overall review score in google and we tried twice to get a table! Super busy, make sure to book in advance! Other than that, excellent food, great atmosphere and very kind staff! Highly recommended!
