Restaurante Volare

We come to Gandia regularly and we only just discovered this gem! The staff, are all fantastic, in particular Balia and Christian (we hope we got the names right!), they're all so friendly and attentive, and on top of that the gluten free menu is incredible. Full gluten free pizza menu, gluten free starters, pasta, desserts, and more! We had gluten free ham and blue cheese croquettes, chicken and pineapple pizza, cheesecake, and tiramisu and it was all so delicious. Great portions, homemade, and incredibly satisfying, we will definitely be back. Thanks so much for a fantastic experience.

It was always good but about 3 years ago it dropped a star or so for me. Different chef. Now the old chef is back and the quality is good. Efficiently run organisation. The old Del Pueblo was good but the new restaurant is a big disappointment. So unless you want to pay more for the best at La Trattoria this is the place.

Wonderful experience! My son (3) is celiac. 80% of the menu is possible to order without gluten (and the restaurant is certified and trained). We ordered chicken nuggets with fries for the kids and chocolate mousse as well as pizza and pasta with gluten. All was very good. The service is so attentive and friendly, especially with kids (in general very kids-friendly place, they even put cartoons in the TV). I can highly recommend and we will be back when in Gandia!

The food was incredible as well as the service. The atmosphere was really nice we could enjoy our food while watching a football match. I really recommend it, we had a great time here.

What an amazing restaurant, we turned up with our dog not realizing that they have a special dog section, with a dog menu (by de tapas con mi perro) this was such a lovely surprise, normally we’d have to sit outside in the cold having a dog. Then it gets better, they have a separate vegan and gluten free menu, with so many options!! There was so much atmosphere as well, we were expecting Gandía to be a bit dead at this time of year, but the restaurant was full. All our food was delicious and the waiters were all so friendly and welcoming to us. I would 100% recommend to anyone, and when we come back to Gandía we will definitely be back!!

Me and my partner love this pizzeria! We have been there many times and every time the service is good and the food tastes great! We are both vegan and they have a lot of different options for us, that actually taste good and they always take the time to listen to us about their vegan menu. It's a good option if you have non-vegan friends or family because there is something for everyone, not just pizzas. Menu is available in English and Spanish (and possibly French as well, but I'm not sure). Go and try them for yourself 😊👍

All the services offered were exceptional: a clean place with tasty food and a very kind and punctual staff. I will definitely repeat the experience of coming here.

Unbelivable food. Gluten and lactose free pizza! It was the first time in months I could eat pizza, definitt a highlight of my vacation in Gandia. They are very serious about food allergies and most of their menu can be made gluten and/or lactose free. Fantastic service as well. Thank you!

Awesome gluten-free and lactose free italian. Also has food for non-ceaoliacs. Has homemade desserts and excellent waiting service, as well as an indoor bouncy castle for kids with a TV screen so you can watch them from the comfort of your chair. Definitely recommended.
