The smurfs Spanish treat hidden in the mountains.
Quite a scary drive for a novice both in and out of the town.
1 bar and 1 coffee shop open with no public toilets.
Amazing to see the 3 smurf statues of papa smurf, smurfette and another smurf.
Great entertainment for an hour.
The town was painted blue for the smurf premiere in 2011 and still looks great now.

If you're looking for something quirky when in Andalusia, southern Spain, then forget about the popular tour of the traditional pueblos blancos and instead, visit the small mountain village of Júzcar.

This picturesque hamlet, carved into the side of the Genal Valley, a 20 minute drive from Ronda or an hour’s drive from Marbella, was once a traditional Andalusian village with white houses but then in the summer of 2011, was transformed into the movie set for the Smurfs 3D movie and all of the villages' white-washed houses were painted Smurf blue.

As you'll readily see from my photos here, this blue Smurfs Village certainly stands out from the other towns in the area.

Who doenst like the smurfs? Are you racist against little blue people?

Me encantó un pueblo que busca crecer que vean sus paisajes, y muy original me encantó

La verdad es que lo único que no me ha gustado de la aldea azul es como llegar a ella, la carretera es muy estrecha y con tráfico llegas en tensión, al menos así he llegado yo. Por lo demás es un sitio entrañable. Me ha gustado mucho pasear por sus calles y ver las casas y cada rincón. Muy bonito la realmente.

Pueblo Pitufo , todo pintado de azul . La decoración del pueblo todo es relacionado a los pitufos. Con muy buenas vistas. Carretera para llegar con bastantes curvas. Mejor ir cuando no haga calor. Se puede aparcar a la entrada del pueblo.
Un sitio curioso .De cuento😍

Pueblo completamente de azul. Íbamos de camino a Ronda y nos desviamos un poco para verlo. Está bien para visitarlo y pasear durante un rato.

Sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen, dass Schlümpfe Dorf in Juzcar! Die Straße dorthin ist sehr kurvenreich und eng. Im Ort selber gibt es kaum Parkplätze!

Curioso, el pueblo azul, ambientado en los pitufos. Pasear por sus calles decoradas y disfrutar en el.mirador de sus vistas.
