Unique and spacial beach that stretches for kilometres.
You can do a hike along the coast and through the forests from Punta Poloma approximately 10 km.

Best beach in Spain. Perfect for small kids and toddlers.

living in Malaga we are used to often murky water and pleasant but boring sites of construction and man-made architecture with the beautiful mountains in the distance. That was the striking contrast when arriving to Bolonia beach.

The seemingly endless beach, the softest sand I have ever touched, all nestled in beautifully with a green tapestry of trees and just gorgeous nature when facing away from the water.

Speaking of the water, crystal clear and even at the height of summer, really nice and fresh with great clarity. Very reminiscent to my deep dives in Malta.

even on a Sunday in late August it wasn’t difficult to find decent space between the umbrella, not to feel cramped in like many other busy beaches in summer. Especially the further you got away from the restaurant and the beach guard tower.

I do wish they would’ve had showers available though as that fine sand really gets into all three dimensions of your anatomy.

4 km of white sand, amazing dunes stretching upwards, crystal clear water and unspoiled landscapes plus a cooling breeze from the ocean. The beauty of nature and the joy of staying in the highest quality! Absolutely amazing atmosphere of this wild beach. You must take the kids!

This beach is truly lovely, offering a serene escape from the daily hustle and bustle. While it doesn't feature water sports, it's a hidden gem worth discovering.
Be aware that during the summer weekends, its peaceful charm can give way to bustling crowds.

This is a beautiful, rather isolated, historical beach.

It is difficult to reach, but this keeps crowds away.

Worth a swim.

The best you can get out of a sand beach. The beach is clean, there’s no sea weed, and the water is clear. There’s a payed parking near. You can visit the Roman town ruins and a nearby sand dune. Unfortunately, the show wasn’t working.

Fantastic beach. On the north end you can climb the sand dune (there's not much to see further north, but it's a nice view looking back down on where you hiked up).

The Southend of the beach is more interesting IMO... Check the tides and go there at low tide... There are natural rock pools that warm up during the day, a couple of beached fishing boats, and other coves to explore.

Impressive silky sandy beach with enormous dunes and the unique Baelo Claudia Roman Settlement. Windy and refreshing in sumner. A must. Went with my camper van in June 2019. Loved it. Will return!

Very nice Playa. Cool to take a walk to the big dune. Don't know how crowded it is normally, but after the lockdown here are very few people.

An amazing beach, soft powder sand and the water is cristal clear even though the wind is against the beach. It is very windy but a must visit! We will be back one day! Worth the trip but make sure to bring an umbrella. There are no shades.

Beautiful!-

A must- visit beach in Tarifa! There are some old Roman ruins right on the beach! Parking can be a bit challenging, so I would suggest parking in the Roman Ruins lot (about €2 for the entire day). We absolutely loved this beach!

One of the best beaches in Cadiz if you look for clear waters and white sand. Be aware of checking the wind forecast before heading off. The Baelo Claudia ruins nearby to visit are a plus.

Second time here - sunset was unreal and the sand feels perfect, the best beach? Maybe!

My favorite beach in Andalucia! Beautiful dune you can climb to enjoy a stunning view! Also has cows! Only downside is that it can be rather windy...

Beautiful beaches located close to the Roman Ruins, well worth a visit, free entry to all EU citizens, passport/photo ID required

Very busy during the summer but plenty of parking places. Try to get there before noon. The beach is clean any the water refreshingly cool!

Wonderful beach!
Climbing the dune is a must!

The best of it all was the sound of the waves!
