Albergue de Peregrinos de Bruma

A hostel with great character. If you can manage to stop here on the Camino, I recommend it. It filled up early on the day I arrived. I got there 13:30 and it was full by 14:00. It is a beautiful and historic albergue with an interesting back story. It has all the classic things you expect from the municipal albergue - bunk beds, USB charging, a fridge, good showers and bathrooms. The location is really great as it is right on the Camino and next to a beautiful little stream where you can have a dip. Unfortunately there is no supermarket in Bruma so you will need to bring your own food for dinner unless you want to go to the bar down the road but I don't really recommend it - expensive and basic and not very welcoming. This albergue, however, is fantastic. The woman at reception was so nice and helpful, very welcoming an giving me all the relevant info (in English) about the hostel. Thank you!

You're all in together in 2 dormitories 1 up 1 down. It was as expected for an Albergue and I was lucky enough to get the last bed. Albeit top bunk and I'm an unfit old man who had just walked 12hrs 🤣. It was clean, warm good facilities. Unfortunately I got there too late for the café up the road. Would recommend ear plugs......I really didn't realise people could snore that loud lol

Simple clean place. Very chip. It can accommodate 19 people. There is restaurant with pilgrims menu nearby. Behind the main building there is a small stream and meadow, lovely to sit and relax.

I felt very cozy and comfortable in this Albergue and I am really grateful of the good experience I had here. The man who is in charge was extremely welcoming and attentive and seems like a genuine, kind-hearted man. I am very appreciative for his help and making me feel welcome and at home (it didn't "just" feel like a random hostel, instead he said "welcome to our home" like we were guests of his for the night and he wanted everyone to feel comfortable). Before leaving for the night he checked in on the guests to make sure we were all set for the night, and made sure the bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper.

Everything felt clean - the mattresses and pillows were wrapped in a type of plastic cover which seemed like extra defense against the spread of bedbugs and other bugs.
In the albergue there is a small common area with a microwave, sink and two burners to cook, and the sleeping area is split-level (some beds were upstairs, some beds were downstairs).

Outside there is a sink to wash your clothes (soap provided) and a place to hang your clothes to dry. There are 3 bathrooms, and each bathroom has a toilet, 2 sinks, and a shower area.

Just across the street is a place to order and eat food (Casa Graña) and a set meal for 12 eur comes with a first course, second course, desert, drink, and bread.

The town is small of course, but it had a real authentic rural Galician feel.

The persona who takes care of it is literally the nicest person on Earth! Its nice and clean. The restaurant near serves dinner before 8pm.

It's the only municipal albergue and along the Camino trail. Clean and efficient.

Albergue pequeño pero muy acogedor y con encanto. Tiene un arroyo al lado con césped donde poder descansar después de una larga caminata. El trato de la hospedera fue genial resolviendo todas nuestras dudas. Tiene un bar muy cerquita donde poder comer menú.

Albergue público del camino de santiago. Recomiendo llegar con tiempo puesto que solo hay 22 plazas y no se puede reservar, por lo que va por orden de llegada. Muy recomendable. Bueno, bonito y barato. Lo mejor es la convivencia con el resto de peregrinos.

Albergue proprio sul cammino forse il più pittoresco che io abbia incontrato sul cammino inglese. Un bel prato circonda l’ostello con un ruscello molto carino.
Sempre all’esterno è presente un filo per stendere la biancheria. I bagni sono un po’ scomodi trovandosi distaccati dalla struttura di qualche metro con divisione uomini e donne e un solo wc ciascuno e due docce a cui però mancano dei ganci per appendere almeno il beauty-case con i prodotti per lavarsi.
Molto comodo è il lavabo esterno con spazioso stendino per la biancheria e la lavatrice e asciugatrice a 3€ l’uno.
I letti sono molto ben attrezzati e igienici come gli altri della Xunta che ho visto.
Come sempre nei municipali la cucina ha il minimo indispensabile e il paese è molto piccolo quindi con pochi bar per fare colazione. Consiglio dunque quando si pernotta in questo albergue di procurarsi qualcosa per la colazione prima della tappa del giorno successivo e non partire digiuni.
Dovessi rifare questo cammino tornerei sicuramente in questo albergue!

Ci siamo fermati lungo il cammino ma l'albergue era pieno. Bea, che era alla reception, si è messa al telefono e con un grande sorriso e disponibilità ci ha trovato un posto dove alloggiare. Un "angelo del cammino" che ci ha illuminato la giornata.

Albergue con pocas camas, lamentablemente antes de abrir ya hay cola para poder dormir dentro, estaría excelente que coloquen más camas u otro albergue ya que mucha gente mayor que llega después de las 14hs debe irse a otro hospedaje a 7km del lugar

Al lado de un riachuelo y zona verde, buen lugar para estar tranquilo e idílico cuando cae el sol. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y la recepcionista está presente y atenta a lo que se necesite.

La chica muy maja, muy buen trato, la compañia ahí ahí ya tu sabe, todo sí se puede tener en la vida y camino se esta. Albergue muy recomendable se está de perlas. Gracias!

Buen Albergue con cómodas literas, calefacción y agua caliente. Además, si llegas temprano puedes llamar y te dan un código para poder entrar y coger cama.
Por 10 euros poco más se puede pedir.

Este albergue con capacidad para 22 personas en dos plantas está bien ubicado y con una persona muy implicada en agradar y servir, de diez.
En cuanto a las instalaciones, servicios y duchas a mejorar, cocina y comedor bien, literas un poco exiguas, pero se duerme bien, la etapa del camino sin ser extenuante es agotadora y la siguiente es exigente.

Auberge très conviviale. Les lits superposés sont assez bien isolés les uns des autres. Le prix est honnête (10€). Petit bémol : il n’y a pas d’emplacement prévu pour mettre son vélo à l’abri…

1년 내내 운영하고, 호스트가 정말 친절했습니다. 까미노길 근처 음식점, 식료품점, 바에 대한 정보를 자세하게 주었습니다. 1박에 10유로, 세탁기와 건조기가 각각 3유로였고, 침대 옆에 가벽이 있어서 개인 공간이 잘 구분되었습니다. 다만 콘센트가 침대 4개당 하나이고, 실내에서는 데이터와 전화/문자가 아예 작동하지 않았습니다. 인터넷을 사용하기 위해서는 로비 창가 근처에 있어야 했습니다. 참고로 이 마을에는 음식점 하나(아주 저렴하고 맛있음)를 제외하면 아무것도 없습니다.. 미리 간식거리를 준비해서 오세요

Piccolo ma ospitale, perfetto per riposare dopo la faticosa tappa di Betanzos.
Silenzioso ed immerso nel verde, sì trova vicino ad un ruscello. Nei dintorni non c'è molto, eccetto un ristorante che propone menù per pellegrini a 10 euro. Molto gentile la volontaria che si occupa dell'accoglienza e della struttura

Albergue muy acogedor y muy cerca del restaurante del pueblo. Las duchas están cruzando el patio y la cocina y sala de estar estaban muy bien. Disponía también de lavadora y secadora, todo por 5 euros. La atención de la chica de recepción fue inmejorable.

..albergue municipal piccolo con soli 19 posti.. ben tenuto e con quasi tutti i servizi di cui può avere bisogno un Pellegrino.. Lavatrice e Asciugatrice.. e zona cucina..con frigo, ma senza pentole ci sono forno a microonde e fornelli elettrici. I posti letto sono suddivisi su due piani, 8€€ il costo per la singola notte in cui sono compresi coprimaterasso e federa monouso. A pochi passi un Bar Ristorante che propone anche il Menù del Pellegrino a 10€€.
