Sūryōdaya Moraira

We had a lovely 2 week stay at the villa with 4 generations of our family to celebrate a big family birthday.
The villa was perfect for us. Lots of space, en-suite bedrooms, air conditioning and fans in all the rooms, every piece of equipment you could ask for, lovely large tables for family meals, a fabulous pool with a shallow end suitable for little people. The view out to the sea from the upstairs terrace was super and the neighbourhood was really peaceful.

The villa feels really homely - because unlike a lot of holiday villas, it is the owners home during some of the year. Adam and Steve are spectacular hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating when we had questions or wanted some pointers about places to go etc.

Moraira itself has the charm of a smaller resort, not over developed with a wealth of diverse places to eat and drink.

I do hope I can go back someday soon. ❤

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The owners are ace, the villa is beautiful and the location is great. There are countless amazing restaurants and beach bars within walking distance. Cannot wait to return!

Absolutely stunning place to stay, felt very much like home. Steve & Adam are perfect hosts and thought of every little detail. It could not have been better! So comfortable and luxurious in every aspect.
They are always ready to help you out with anything and always go the extra mile for you (very much appreciated)! We are very much looking forward to our next stay at Suryodaya! There is only one thing that could have been better…that we could have stayed longer! 😉

This is a beautiful villa with everything you need to chill out or party, from filtered tap water to yoga mats and Amazon music (for a spot of home-made karaoke) to the warm, saltwater swimming pool, it really is a home from home.

It’s a 5 minute walk downhill to the supermarket and restaurants and 20 minute walk to the main town centre. The area is very Spanish with low rise buildings and a relaxed vibe and is surrounded by hills. We walked along the flat coast road to town and explored the hills for a bit of exercise and superb views.

What made our holiday was the warm welcome from our hosts who showed us around the area and suggested bars and restaurants, all of which were excellent – definitely ask for recommendations. I particularly liked the live music at Saxo. Thank you Adam and Steve for adding even more fun to our holiday, you knocked it up to 11/10 and I cant wait to visit again. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Quite possibly the best holiday we have had! Adam and Steve made us so welcome right through from initial contact through booking, arrival and during our stay, and the villa is an absolute gem. We stayed in the top apartment in three double rooms each with ensuite and we were spoilt for room! Everything was spotlessly clean, fresh and beautifully decorated, with plenty of seating for relaxing and eating. The kitchen was very well equipped, should we have chosen to cook, with BBQ kit available too. The pool was just perfect; glorious to lounge around in the daytime and cool off, then fun for warmer evening swims and games too.
Moraira itself is a truly charming town, and we loved our easy walks down to the local, and extremely high quality, restaurants.

I've just returned from the most wonderful long weekend at this beautiful villa - Steve and Adam cannot do enough for their guests, both apartments are furnished and kitted out in gorgeous, luxury taste with everything you need for the perfect holiday. Suryodaya is a short stroll from some amazing restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches. I can't wait to book my next trip - if you're thinking about it, do it now!

The most incredible place we've ever stayed. The height of luxury. Everything was immaculate. A modern space but in keeping with the Spanish rustic charm. The pool was big and warm. The beds were so comfy. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already provided. Steve and Adam are absolute gentlemen who went above and beyond for us, even during the planning of the trip. We can't wait to come back

We just spent 4 amazing days in this stunning villa , loads of outdoor space, beautiful pool, spacious rooms,
plenty of places to see around the village.
We will most definitely be back, we recommend this villa to anyone looking for a adults holiday or family holiday,

Second visit- April 2024

Myself and three friends have just returned from our second, 4 day stay at Suryodaya Moraira.

The villa has had a makeover since we were last over and WOW, it is even more amazing than before. Specious ensuite bedrooms, fantastic kitchen/dining room and lounge areas. The pool and terrace area is so chilled & relaxing, with the most beautiful flowers to admire whilst sunbathing and sipping cava. 🍾🥂

Steve & Adam are the most wonderful hosts, 5 star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 treatment from start to finish.

We can’t wait to visit again very soon and I would highly recommend if you fancy a taste of paradise and 5 star luxury at a reasonable price.

First visit - September 2023

Just spent 4 glorious days at Suryodaya Moraira. The Villa is spacious and has everything you need for a very relaxing trip. The hosts are fabulous and provide you with everything you need. The area has wonderful bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as in Moraira — I would highly recommend - 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As an extended family who have stayed in several villas across Spain, Suryodaya is quite simply the best villa we have been to. There is so much space to enjoy from the relaxing pool area with an abundance of loungers, parasols and seating areas, both in and out of the sunshine, to the dining terrace and balcony - all were great for gathering all together or finding a quiet, shaded spot on your own.
The outside kitchen with gas BBQ, plancha and large fridge freezer was a great facility for cooking and eating together with dining for 12 on large tables both on the downstairs terrace or upstairs balcony. There is a gorgeous view of the sea from the balcony to enjoy with a glass of something cold!
All of the bedrooms were really spacious with air conditioning, ceiling fans and plenty of storage. There is even a TV is every room.
The property is extremely well equipped including washing machines, coffee machines, large fridge freezers and large screen TVs - the teens were delighted to find Sky Sports amongst the Amazon firestick channels!
Should you need him, Dennis the friendly property manager is on hand throughout your stay.
When we decided to venture out, there was a great selection of restaurants and bars a short stroll away with a great choice and offering good value. Large supermarkets were a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk away with everything you could need.
Suryodaya gave us the location for an amazing family holiday - we couldn't recommend it enough.

It looked amazing on the pictures but on arrival we were just blown away by the available space, decor, cleanliness, equipment and your thoughtful touches to make our holiday so comfortable. It was the perfect holiday accommodation!

Beautiful villa that is well fitted out for families or groups.
Very clean, has everything you need, hairdryer, toiletries, towels, all the things that are bulky in your suitcase.
Fully equipped kitchen and bbq with a large seating area for dinners.
Salt water Pool is clean and well maintained, as are the gardens. Outside shower and toilet facilities with very high standard sun loungers.
Parking available and very secure property together with being in a quiet location with a short walk to the local restaurants and a really good supermarket.
Owners are very welcoming and informed of the area, nothing is too much hassle.

Fabulous hosts, who make you feel very welcome in their stunning 5 star accommodation. Situated in the beautiful town of Moraira, which hosts lots of events throughout the year. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, golf course, gym & supermarket. Excellent views of the Calpe rock & amazing sunsets. Highly recommend for a perfect holiday!

These guys made us feel so very welcome, especially my husband who is italian and doesn't speak much english. The location is residential and feels very safe. The actual villa is just WOW, how you would like to live if you won the lottery! Everything has been carefully chosen and beautifully maintained. The garden plants are tropical colours and blend in with the immaculate pool, as do the sea views from the terrace. Its also very honestly priced in a resort that is considered to be the most expensive
of the price ranges for independent spanish holidays. Amazing, thanks for everything.

Owners who put the needs of their guests first and foremost..nothing is too much trouble..
Having previously met our little non moulting dog they were happy to accommodate him..
Perfect for families and couples alike..
Quality furnishings, a huge TV and quality outside space make this the best home from home we have ever found..
So much so we have already booked for next year..
We leave this paradise with wonderful memories, new friends in the owners and the promise of another amazing holiday this time next year.. thank you Steve, Adam and Rosie..x
