Excellent option to eat in Gandia. Amazing high quality dishes for a more than reasonable price.
-Entree: Montadito de berenjena, pimiento y boqueron 5/5. Roasted eggplant with caramelized red pepper and fish.
-Pan coca 5/5. Simple but delicious bread, crunchy on the outside and served warm.
-Entree: alcachofa en salsa de sobrasada y pure de bacalao 4/5. Artichoke was perfectly cooked and tender, the fish puree was the strongest taste of the dish.
-Entree: Salteado de setas, jamon iberico y huevo poche 6/5. It was my favorite starter, there was a surprise toast below the egg, balance of flavors was just perfect.
- Main: arroz meloso de gambas 4/5. Very typical of the region, good rice.
-Main: cabeza de lomo 5/5 . This slow cooked meat was to die for, so juicy and tender you forget you already ate 4 dishes and want more.
-Dessert: Baklava con fruta de temporada 4/5. Good dessert, very light and well balanced.

Late lunch or early dinner - bookings advised to avoid disappointment. Friendly and attentive service. Wonderful food - we got the option of exchanging two smaller dishes for a paella, which turned out to be perfect. You might get them to explain the set menu in advance, but we went with the flow an enjoyed pleasant surprise upon pleasant surprise.

Delicious food and fantastic service. Every dish of the set menu was a wonderful surprise. For the option of exchanging two starters for a paella which was very good. If you get a chance to visit, do it. Reservations recommended to avoid disappointment.

Chef is amazing, such subtle flavours. Incredible and exceptional. Wait staff very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere. Just fabulous all round.

5 of us went to this amazing restaurant to celebrate my husband’s 80 th birthday , it was the best meal we have had in Spain ,absolutely perfect thank you !!

The friendly happy staff made us feel very comfortable despite our lack of Spanish. The paella was superbly and skillfully cooked, with every part of it perfectly delicious.

Set menu on Wednesday was delicious, all 5 dishes plus dessert! Very good service and plesently surprised with the bill. Definitely worth visiting and we will come back again for sure
