I had the misfortune of dealing with Natalie and her company, and I cannot express how unfair and unprofessional their actions have been.

Natalie put us in a difficult situation just one day before new guests were set to arrive. I can't comprehend why any company would behave this way, and I won't waste any more energy trying to understand her reasoning.

Natalie's actions not only caused us grief but also put the holiday plans of paying customers at risk. Fortunately, I was able to find an alternative provider quickly, and I'm confident that I'll finally receive the service I initially expected.

Since Natalie took over the company, she has completely abandoned everything that the previous owner had ever discussed with us. All the things the previous owner did so well have been neglected, and Natalie let down both landlords and guests who relied on the agreed-upon business.

After reading the Google reviews for this company, I sadly have to agree with them. They do not deserve loyal, well-paying customers. Avoid this company at all costs!

Being a vacation rental company must be more than just a messenger between the owner and the tenant. If there is a problem as has been our case. In 9 days neither repair nor replacement of dishwasher and the same with the master bedroom overhaul, not to mention the lack of proper cleaning.

Pésima experiencia, se supone que pagas por villas (supuestamente de alto standing), pero los servicios de limpieza y mantenimiento son nefastos. 3 días con problemas de agua, sin wifi, sin TV, piscina sucia, pelos en las sábanas, cacas de pájaro en las ventanas y hamacas y así podría enumerar unas cuantas más en mi estancia de 9 días en Turre.
