Restaurante Talaia

We have been wanting to eat here for a while now and never got the chance to. So pleased we did today, beautiful views of Benidorm but more the food is exquisite. I enjoyed every dish each and every explosion of flavors focusing on local produce. Great wine knowledge and service. It’s so nice to see places like this in Benidorm it’s what’s missing. Bravo and sure the star will come very soon 🌟

The best restaurant experience I have had. The food was amazing and so was the service along with the views. If you have the chance you should really consider going here, I strongly recommend. The experience couldn’t have been better, I am very pleased with everything.

Amazing unique dining experience on 21st floor. Opted for the 7 course tasting menu everything cooked to perfection. The waitress was excellent at explaining the dishes which were all beautifully presented. The views are wonderful. 10/10

Beautiful 5 course meal. I took my Mum out to dinner for her last day visiting me in Benidorm. Great service and views. We went at 3pm and it was empty, perfect! I recommend the Hake.

Octopus and fish was very good! But jamón was bad quality. Meat was normal, but not the best. I want to give you 4 stars, but vote 5, only for so beautiful view!

This is a lovely restaurant with great food...the staff were friendly and helpful and the view is amazing...The menu was fantastic . A big change from many of the same as ls offerings in the town...

Nice view on Benidorm beach

Had a fantastic evening here last week. We sat outside and the views were amazing. The food was nice and worth what we paid. We would definitely go back.

Just fantastic

Hicimos una reservación directa con el restaurante y comentamos con anticipación como 2 personas necesitaban menú de carnes , dado a que el marisco no les gusta y el equipo fue muy amable al hacer menú de degustación. Excelente vista y lugar. La comida te explota la cabeza de lo rico que está , muy buenos sabores y texturas.

Sorpresa (con respeto lo digo) porqué no te esperas en Benidorm muy cerca de la playa un restaurante alta cocina y más con las intenciones tan claras. Menú degustación con varios pases en función del precio (muy bajo para lo que ofrecen).

Servicio y sala de 10.

Comida con mucha intención (buscando la autenticidad de la zona) y mucha técnica, algunos pases realmente sobresalientes.

El restaurante está en la planta 21 de un hotel (aislado del hotel) y las vistas son espectaculares.

Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Vam anar a sopar sabent que havia canviat la direcció del local i va ser un encert absolut. El servei immillorable començant pel sommelier Francesc, que ens va recomanar i explicar els vins de forma súper amable i amb molta passió. El menjar meravellós que recupera els nostres sabors mediterranis i en especial els de la Marina, delicat i saborós a parts iguals. Per a repetir sense cap dubte. Un 10 en tots els aspectes.

Una experiencia inolvidable.
Felicitar a todo el equipo por la grandiosa labor. Si siguen así van directos al éxito. La cena de San Valentín, miércoles, fue de lo mejor, muy elaborada, gustos entrelazados, y el trato y ambiente insuperable. Un diez sobre diez. Sin duda el que vaya, repite seguro. Felicidades amigos míos.

NOTA: Esta reseña fue del anterior restaurante Belvedere ubicado en el mismo local. Parece que a fecha de Enero 2024 la nueva gerencia Talaia no ofrece menús degustación.
RESEÑA ORIGINAL: Menú a compartir completo y con buena relación calidad/precio. Bebidas a precios razonables. Buen servicio, sin esperas entre los platos, aunque si eres de comer tranquilo y en el primer turno te puedes ver abocado al inicio del segundo.
