Les Moles

The Ebro Delta has a special place in our hearts and having a Michelin starred (+ green sustainability star) twist on the amazing local ingredients was an amazing experience.

Wow. What a meal. Quiet. Respectful. Absolutely delicious. They delivered plate after plate.

Nice restaurant but the courses (25) were all super good

Bizarrely we discovered this restaurant as we were searching on Google for electric charging points (they have one onsite). We booked online and ordered the Menu Tradicion. It was excellent - every course full of quality ingredients and wonderful flavours. The rosada wine we chose was also delightful. Our only small criticism is that we found the service was too fast (just placed our cutlery on the plate then it was whisked away) and a little formal. We know it's a 1 star Michelin but warmth and smiles are very important. Loved this place and we will return on our next visit.

We had a nice experience at Les Moles. The Michelin rating is well worth it, as we found the entire experience delightful. Each dish was wonderfully served, with a great wine (recommended to us) to complement the taste. Do try the goat cheesecake for desert.

Everything you'd expect in a Michelin star restaurant and more. They should get more stars!

Lovely place with enchantment, great service by very friendly personnel.

The variation of dishes and tastes are mind-blowing. I, honestly, believe the prices are completely correct. I wouldn't consider it cheap, neither expensive.

Les Moles is a definite "we'll be back for more". Very happy to have found this restaurant.

One other thing I would like to comment. The food and even the wine is cultivated by them. Of course not all of it, but they carry "proximity" in the very soul of Les Moles.

Congratulations to all personnel. We had a great time and enjoyed every flavour they brought us.
