This is such a wonderful place! The staff is lovely and the food is fresh and has a warm homey feel to it.

The lunch menu at just 16 euro includes a wide variety of starters and mains and also delicious desserts!

Everything is impeccable! I highly recommend it!
Oh! And they have incredible paellas and fideua for take away!

A local gem and a must if you are in town. Homemade food. Everything on the daily menu is outstandingly delicious. And it’s 16 EUR per person. The chef also makes the best paellas and some incredible variations of local rice dishes to go, so make sure you order in advance and enjoy a true delicacy.

The food was all homecooked and absolutely delicious. And, I had 2 couraes for €15. Amazing!

Didn‘t get a table at Cuina de dos so went further on to this place and had: very nice service, excellent food, lunch menu for 14 € a person, including a drink and a coffee. Family atmosphere included. After cooking the chef steps up to the tables and asks for feedback (which was just fantastic). Fully equipped bar, seems that this place is a perfect location to spend a wonderful evening also. Would love to come back - Muchas Gracias!

Delicious. Spanish food at its best. We had the best tomatoes ever from the owners garden. The service was impeccable. We'll be back soon.

Stopped by for coffee and a desert, just as they were starting to serve lunch at 14h. My bad.
It’s in a small street just off the main square, with tables inside and out, and it’s popular with locals.
Yet I was served politely, efficiently and with a smile! Good coffee!

I’d like to go back.

Just a little bit different from the usual menus and nicely presented food. Unfortunately we don't speak good enough Spanish and the waiter didn't speak any English so we did have a little mix up when we asked for potato bravas with our meals as it came as a separate starter. No big deal and they were lovely.

If your previous experience of Benissa is crawling along a grim section of the N332 with no obvious reason to stop, then you should go back and turn off the main road and take time to wander around the old town on foot. This street cafe provided a sunny spot on a chilly spring day to watch the world go by and have an excellent set lunch. Four of us tried all the options available. Everything was excellent and served with good humour and a smile.

Delicious well-prepared food. On a warm summer's evening we sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance of Benissa's quaint charm. We preferred not to be rushed, so that the staff had many customers to accomodate was fine. Nice selection of tapas. Many of our dishes were prepared with abundant olive oil - this is a thick, vibrant, tasty oil so I was delighted. Also share the salad with queso de cabra (goat's cheese) which was grilled - extremely yummy. All-in-all, I can recommend heartily.

A great addition for Benissa centre. They are still putting a menu together, and are trying new things every week.
