Tacos La Mexicanita Reus

Checked out Reus for the first time and heard good things about La Mexicanita. So had an early lunch. Lovely flavours and comes with salsas accompanying the tacos to flavour the spice levels to your needs.

Delicious food and super lovely staff

Very friendly staff. Mexican food in a "tapas" kind of way. If you don't know what to choose follow the owner's suggestion. And don't miss the daily dessert!!

Tastiest food I've had all year, nicely presented, good atmosphere, friendly staff. If you like fresh bold flavours this is the place for you. There was fresh lemonade and two other fresh drinks they make in-house that were amazing. I left stuffed and very happy, definitely be returning to try more of the menu.

This is one the best real Mexican restaurant we ever visited. The food is amazing, and prices are incredibly low and service is excellent! The interior is also nice, but the whole point is the food, prices and quality of service. The owner is always there, kindly explaining every dish and giving excellent suggestions for those who are not sure what they want to order. We are lucky to be locals and this is our favourite place for eating out!

Really great Mexican food. The guacamole tastes like my favorite place back home so it was a nice reminder. The Gringa quesadillas are excellent and so are the tacos dorados. The owner was kind as well and he gave us a 3 leches cake with our takeout which was a wonderful surprise and it was so delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in Reus!!

Really great Mexican food, tasted like I was almost there. And the service was friendly and quick.

As a small complaint, unfortunately the restaurant uses a lot of plastic to cover their plates to avoid washing, but this is terrible for the environment.

Excellent mexican food! We went there for the first time seven years ago, and since then we repeat everytime we are near Reus.

Amazing place, with a personal touch! I was on business in Priorat wine country and decided to stay in the city of Reus. Originally from California, (with Mexican roots) never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I’d find authentic Mexican food. Everything from the tortilla, seasoning, to the homade house salsas brought the original flare. Plus, it didn’t hurt that right next door they had a wings pub. Which should be an entire seperate review. I would definitely call this a must stop!
