Ristorante Pizzeria Gusto Italiano

They do not have any vegan meals listed on the menu, but I ordered a "Vegetariana" Pizza without cheese and it was nice. Maybe needs a few more spices, but it had lots of vegetables, which was great.

An amazing little spot in Orba, with a pretty courtyard out the back.

The portion sizes in here are incredibly generous, you could definitely share a starter between two people.

The ingredients were fresh, the seafood especially! Probably some of the best mussels I've had in ages.

Service was friendly and attentive. A very chill vibe inside and out.

The only minor issue I had (if you had to push me on one) was that the menu had a lot of options, was a little overwhelming for someone indecisive like me! I wanted to try it all, lol

Larger portions than most places and all good quality. Pasta and pizza were both excellent. Relaxed but good service too. Great outside courtyard in the summer evening.

Fantastic food, beautiful pizzas, also had the steak and it was absolutely perfect. 10/10

I recommend the different sea food pastas served here. Good service as well although the waiters left us waiting sometimes.

Update: Visiting for the 4th time. In love with this place and the service has been on point. Try their homemade pasta dishes!

It is amazing how well this place does "Italian". We're Italian and understand that every country has their own version of generic Italian dishes, as does this restaurant, but this place does it extremely well. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
If you're in the area and want to eat Italian in an upmarket restaurant, then you would do well to come here.

Well, I have had to wait a while to visit here and have heard mixed reviews. Now I know the truth which I suspected. 😀😀

It’s a brilliant proper Italian restaurant with a lovely location, amazing staff and a fabulous choice of properly cooked Italian foods.

We didn’t try the pastas or pizzas, but I’m sure they will be proper Italian, and I’m looking forward to trying them.

Any bad reviews about service can be dismissed now, they have now some brilliant attentive and knowledgeable staff.

If you don’t like great Italian Food, then maybe stay away! 😀

This place is really Well worth a visit with a choice of plenty of inside and outside space. Good value too.

And the best service, which makes a pleasant change!

Delicious food, delightfully friendly service. We visited with a three year old child.

Lovely new authentic Italian in Orba. Fabulous, expertly cooked Italian food and really friendly staff. A huge addition to the village. Very competitive prices. Lovely reasonably priced house wine. 7 or 8 euro a bottle. Well worth a visit.

Went there for lunch , we all had pizza . Absolutely delicious pizza and the service was great. Very reasonably priced. Excellent house wine . The other food being brought out looked great as well. Would definitely recommend.

Visited twice whilst on holiday. Delicious food, lovely staff. Inside and outside seating. We didn't reserve a table and both times they fitted us in, but would definitely reserve in summer months.

Could not fault a thing. As if eating in Italy. Quality and presentation of dishes fantastic. Owner and staff very friendly, attentive and professional. Regret having not come here before.

Food was delicious and the food also spectacular. Very generous portions and a heavy hand with the wine! Lovely atmosphere, too. Will return!

Opening times need updating came at 21.00 hours on Sunday and was closed unfortunately otherwise always very happy

1st time visiting today. We were very impressed with the food. Had the mussels. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Special shout out to our waiter Pablo. We’ll deffo be back.

This Italian restaurant is worth a visit.
The food is of good quality. The wine is pleasurable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable evening.

Nice restaurant. We tried gnocchi, pasta, pizza, fish and and we all enjoyed our food. Calzone Gusto pizza is for me TOP! Definitely worth to try this place if you like Italian food.

Excellent pizza and pasta. Good ambience with all tables occupied. A bit difficult to find a parking place nearby as Orba was busy. An Italian restaurant that is authentic and serves great Italian food at reasonable prices finally a competitor to the great Piscina bar Italian restaurant in Orba

Had dinner with friends at their recommendation. Superb ambiance and very friendly service. Food excellent. Will be back!
