La Mesa De Orba

Lovely new restaurant in Orba. A genuinely warm welcome from Alison made us feel at home immediately. Beautiful interior furnished with really interesting pieces. Also lovely outside area with nice shaded corners for a really pleasant experience. The tasty Scottish breakfast will set you up for any day. We will certainly be back for the famous Sunday Roast with music or a casual, relaxed drink or bite to eat. There is ample car parking out the back which is a major plus so close to the village. A really welcome addition to the culinary and social life of Orba.

When we first went in we were disappointed as we wanted local cuisine and the menu is fairly diverse. However the sharing platter was to die for and the main courses were delicious and huuuuuge! The chef let us sample some Spanish style pork and I need the recipe as it was amazing. Super friendly staff, great value for money and an eclectic but lovely decor.

Went for Christmas eve cream tea. Wow.
Well presented, very tasty, service was spot on. Couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommend, will be back.

Beautiful restaurant with an amazing outdoor dining area.
Waitress was exceptional really helpful professional and seems very happy with her work.

The menu was very British but how good was the food.

Halloumi starter was said to be excellent and the mussels were really good.

A fish pie that an Irish foodie said was the best he had ever eaten and a steak pie which was delicious and fish and chips. All excellent served with beautiful veg.

The chef came out to talk to us and was really engaging too.

Food was delicious and service top class

A star taken off the food for sliced bread served with starter but that's being really picky.

Definitely a return visit on the cards.

Oh and they have a car park.

Lovely cozy place ,very friendly staff. It's running by British people. Delicious food. Magical few tables outside too. Amazing live music that day. We'll back soon :)

What an amazing place. It’s decorated and furnished beautifully and has an amazing large open log fire. It’s really cosy and well spaced out tables. A big bar area too, nicely away from the eating area. And ideal

if you just fancy a drink.

It’s a must place to visit. And in the summer the outside area is fabulous too

The home made food matches the place and it’s good old fashioned great food and a big choice of wines and beers too.

Lots of parking too

Travelled all the way from the UK to attend this poppet of a restaurant. Perfect food and perfect setting for us to meet up with the parents.

4 of us enjoyed our lunch, I appreciated the choice of non meat dishes. Very good ,friendly service. The only problem was my feet were freezing!!

Went for a belated Christmas party, 20 people, food was delicious, well cooked, plenty of it and well presented. Will definitely go again.

Whilst staying in Orba for 6 days in January visited and dined in this super restaurant twice fantastic food ,friendly staff (Helen was great) looking forward to coming back to this lovely wee place in June when back in Spain 🇪🇸

Muy majos, Yago fue muy amable y el sitio es muy bonito.
No llegamos a quedarnos a cenar pero la carta tiene buena pinta y volvemos seguro.

we waren hier om een geo cache te zoeken en zo kwamen we dit restaurant tegen. Wat een gezellig op trekje, we hebben hier heerlijk gegeten en de bediening was ook erg vriendelijk.
Als we hier weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker eens langs.

Gewoon wow. Gastvrijheid top ,eten fantastisch, inrichting van het restaurant geweldig, prijzen super, als iets niet op de kaart staat, hoef je maar te vragen en het wordt gemaakt,
