Fabulous ancient town, guided tour of ancient prison, hospital & school. Visited the Merkat de la Trufa, live music in the Square 12h30 - 14h00. Climbed to the very top of the old castle where the views were amazing. Well worth a trip.

A magical Medieval Town with Centro Historico, over 1000 years old historical houses, remains of Castillo on the top of the hill with stunning panorama to the surrounding Mediterranean coast and mountains, as well one of the most amazing Church, Iglesia de El Salvador also 1000 years history sight, a must see place if around Costa Azahar 🇪🇦🇪🇦🇪🇦, there are hundreds of historical amazing towns, pueblos inside the mountains of Spanish Mediterranean Coast, just half hour drive from the sea!!! As well they all have superior restaurants with local goodies, vino, shops of their own products, here's a lot of truffle mushrooms "funghi" growing and at the walkway to the Castle is a shop with all original truffle mushroom products, pate, truffle cheese, jams even kiwi jam which was amazing 🤩 🥝 🍄 🍷 🍾,. The view from the Castillo hill is absolutely magical, as well already, as going higher the panorama's getting more and more amazing! The medieval stone buildings
& houses are breathtaking constructions, highly recommended visit here!!!! Hasta luego 😍🥰🌍🇪🇦💥🔥🌞👌💃🩰😍🥰🏰🏯🎪🥘🥗Buon viaje 😃🏰💝🇪🇦🌍🌍🌍

A must town to visit if you're in the Valencian Community. Beautiful streets and very well preserved to give the medieval period feeling.

A really pretty village, not an idle boast that its one of the prettiest in Spain. Some breath taking 360 views. Can see vilafames in the distance. Oozing layers of incredible history.

An historic place, well worth a visit. Plenty of information boards (with English translations) around the village and places to stop for refreshments. Walk to the top for commanding views of the surrounding countryside.

Very interesting day out, lots of information boards, in English also. Some quaint streets and a castle, steep. Not advisable to visit on winters day as very exposed.
