I spent months looking for a house to buy in Moraira / Benissa. At first I had used another real estate agent for that purpose. But that led to nothing. I often felt that games were being played by the real estate agents among themselves. And usually not exactly to your advantage as a buyer.
Then I started looking for houses on my own without a real estate agent and in the process we came into contact with Vicente of Brassa Homes, as the realtor of the seller of the house I eventually bought. What a relief that was! Vicente has a lot of knowledge of the market, gives good advice and does not push you in any way. He was very friendly throughout the process and nothing was too much for him. I wish we had met him earlier in the process.

We met Vicente in June 2023 when we were looking for a house in the Moraira area, he was acting for the seller of the property we were interested in, and eventually purchased.
Another offer had been received on the property, but he advised us of the position, with total honesty and transparency. He put our offer in, and gave feedback from the seller, who accepted our offer over the other offer they had received.
During the sale process he was an excellent communicator at all times, and ensured everything was proceeding as planned.

During our search for a house in the area of Moraira we worked with Vicente of Brassa Homes. Besides that he is a real nice person, he listened good to our needs and speaks English very well. He has a good view on the local market: the contractors, the good plots and houses. During the first visit he showed us the hotspots in the area so you have a quickscan and feeling of the area. We did some viewings on projects and he arranged a meeting with the contractor next day. He is honest and open in what are good and less good locations. We would definitely recommand Vicente!
