There was a problem with our internet connection. Because of our work we urgently needed help. Mariano from Vodafone Pz. de Los Luceros, Alicante solved the problem for us. He is very knowledgeable, very helpful and very patient. Nothing was too much for him. He did everything he could to get our internet connection fixed. Compliments for his customer friendly approach.He is a great asset for Vodafone.

Jorge was truly amazing, we were the whole week deciding in which company would we get the services for our house until we met him. First of all his english is perfect, we were really surprised about it. He explained the product perfectly and my wife and me, after his explanaitions decided to hire with him just because of how clear he explained everything about the prices, the compromises and so on. Me acabo de comprar el móvil nuevo en la tienda de luceros, y rocío ha Sido la chica que me ha atendido.
Todo lo que puedo decir es bueno, una chica muy amable y con una sonrisa en la cara todo el rato. Con mucha paciencia y muy atenta.
Da gusto ver el buen rollo que hay en la tienda y entre las compañeras.
Un servicio de 10!!!

Todo un placer venir a esta tienda y que te atienda alguien como rocío, una chica que valora su trabajo y trata a los clientes como hace tiempo no veo en comercios.
Tomándose su tiempo en hacer las cosas bien y molestandose por dejarme todo correcto.
Si tengo algún problema bajaré a esta tienda porque en otras no he sentido ese compromiso con el cliente como he visto hoy.

Acabo de pasar por la tienda y las comerciales creo recordar que sol y rocio eran sus nombres han sido muy amables y simpáticas, he estado en otras tiendas de la zona y no hay comparación con el trato, estas chicas se nota que tienen interés en su trabajo.
Un acierto de tienda a pesar de tener gente y alguno estar impaciente, una de ellas se acercó para ver si podía adelantar algo o por lo menos dar una atención primaria.
Muy satisfecho.
