Purchased 2 x single beds with storage and am very pleased with the product and the service. I ordered over the internet with no problem and customer services advised me at each stage. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were brilliant in putting the beds in the room, assembling and removing all of the packaging.

Very helpful staff, super comfy mattress, good value for money. I wish I'd gone there earlier, but the shop looked a little uninspiring. Will definitely go back for pillows etc. Took a little longer than anticipated for the mattress to arrive (5 weeks rather than 4), but that included Easter week and May day. Delivery team were also very kind and helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

We ordered 2 mattresses and protectors online. There was an issue with delivery through Seur but Maxcolchon’s customer service department (Esther) was very helpful and loaded daily with us until it was sorted out. The mattresses are packaged well and so comfortable.
