Store was fun and quirky, not the highest quality items in the world but not as poor as some people pretend they are, staff were incredibly friendly and were able to take a joke and have fun as we return time and time again while on our short holiday to the town, also was fun to have a bit of a cheery atmosphere as a lot of the stores tend to try drag you in and try keep you around in an uncomfortable manner, whereas Mimi Regalos had us returning again and again for the hospitality and fun trinkets :)

(Don’t mind my father staggering around outside, he loves the place dearly, was drunk on the atmosphere previously mentioned, and not the second hand cannabis smoke from the looky looky men outside)

Whilst on holiday in Salou in Spain I've made some new friends. The family and owners of Mimi Regals. They are so friendly and welcoming. Me and the Wifey get on with them very well and always stop for a chat when we are passing by. We have bought most of our gifts from their shop. Thankyou so much Manisha and family for making us feel so welcome love Tony and Heather xxx.

Lovely little shop, staff very accommodating, polite ,chatty, reasonably priced.

Very lovely people, I bought 3 lighters here and my girlfriend wanted to buy a bracelet but it was too long for her wrist so they went the extra mile and shortened it for her.
They sell a lot of cool items.
Definitely worth checking out if you are there on holiday

This is a terrible store with poor quality goods that break the next day. The staff is rude. I had an experience with my son to buy a toy for him here, which was originally defective. I was refused to change it or return the money, and it was in a very rude manner.

Une boutique à ne pas visiter . Les employés sont désagréables mal polis . Ils ne vendent que du toc et des jouets qui ne tiennent même pas deux jours, une véritable arnaque et qd on vient faire une réclamation toute la famille se jette sur toi avec des propos malsains, des propos racistes et des insultes de tout genre. Nous avons eu les avis des gérants des commerces à proximité ils nous ont tous dit qu'avec ces personnes c'est toujours comme ça ils ont toujours des problèmes avec les clients c'est leur quotidien . Seules les personnes qui ne les connaissent pas rentrent dans leur magasin , les habitants de salou n'y vont plus. Ces personnes sont toxiques, mal élevées et malhonnêtes. Même la police n'en peut plus de cette famille car ils sont toujours appelés pour les mêmes choses à chaque fois. Je vous conseille de ne pas vous servir dans cette boutique. Il ya une boutique presque en face d'eux qui propose le même service avec un accueil chaleureux et avec les mêmes produits mais de meilleure qualité. Cela ne m'étonne pas qu'ils ont autant d'avis négatifs, c'est des voleurs.

fui con niños a comprar un regalo, al probarlo el juguete se rompe e igual me hacen pagarlo, no me niego ya que no queria problemas pero claramente pido que me lo cambien pq se ve que se rompio pq era de mala calidad y no es mi culpa, al pedir que me lo cambien la mujer de la caja super amable me propone devolverme el dinero a lo que acepto pero el dueño super grosero y violento comienza a gritarme que no lo va a hacer etc etc a lo que le pido que me trate con respeto y no me grite pero el resto de los trabajadores comienzan a echarnos a mi y a los niños de la tienda. no vayan a este lugar si no quieren pasar un momento que arruine su dia de vacaciones.

Negozio, gestito da proprietari male educati, villani, attenzione alle fregature, perché non otterrete quello che chiedete e in cambio di spiegazioni, otterrete delle offese, e la signora per così chiamarla vi urlera di uscire dal suo negozio. Sconsigliato e leggete chi ha messo come me una stella.

Mi familia de vacaciones estuvieron en esta tienda,grabaron algunas palabras en un llavero y se saltó una cifra.Les acompañe para ver si se podía arreglar ya que no hablan español, incluso si hacía falta pagamos,por lo menos era la idea.Pero jamás me imaginé que hay gente que pretende vivir del turismo, y que serian tan groseros,violentos y tan maleducadas.Empezo a gritar la mujer,tiro el producto al suelo,insultos racistas a mi , también a mi cuñado italiano,empezaron a grabar a sus hijos menores con el móvil todo con la escusa de que les acuse de que era su culpa.Todo lo quería era hablar,hacerle ver de qué
vivo y trabajo aquí, que teníamos que contribuir a preservar una buena imagen de Salou para los visitantes,ya vivimos del turismo,pero no me dejaron ni terminar la frase,para ellos fue ofensivo.En fin no lo recomendó porque si tenéis un problema no os lo solucionarán tuve que llamar la poli por nuestro seguridad.Ha sido mi peor experiencia en salou y todo por algo que en la tienda de al lado del tropical te lo hacen por 5€,sea cobran más caro y son bordes.
Si no queréis vivir algo parecido,pasad de largó

Dò una stella perchè non ci sanno fare con i clienti e non sanno tenere la calma,sono molto maneschi e maleducati,li sconsiglio.
