I needed a travel pram while vacationing in Spain. Popped by the store and got really good recommendations from Carlos. Super happy with the service and very satisfied with the pram I ended up buying. Only downside is that they could not offer the tax free refund papers at the store. I had to send them and email and wait to receive it from them a few days after the purchase (still waiting for it and has been three days). Worth noting that you need to wait some time, so if you buy something here close to departure from Spain you might miss out on the tax free.

Me recomendaron la tienda y estamos muy contentos. En todo momento ya te avisan que suelen tener mucha gente y que trabajan con cita previa algunas cosas.
He comprado allí el carro y la silla del coche y siempre he buscado a Carlos que me atendió la primera vez. Un trabajador muy aplicado, muy atento y muy majo. Hoy nos ha montado todo y hemos salido muy tranquilos y contentos porque en todo momento se preocupa por la seguridad. También nos avisó que el primer montaje es gratuito pero el segundo se paga, osea que no nos pilla por sorpresa. Volvería sin duda.

Muy contentos con la atención de Carlos, hemos comprado una silla de coche para nuestra hija de casi 4 años y nos ha asesorado muy bien. Muy simpático y profesional. Además la silla le encanta a nuestra hija, ha sido todo un acierto.

BebéCenter es sin duda alguna el mejor lugar para hacer las compras de los bebés en Alicante. La atención es espectacular, a mi esposa y a mi nos atendió Carmen, muy maja, pero en general cualquiera que te atienda lo hará excelente. Personal muy capacitado, muy profesional, que buscan venderte lo que más te conviene a ti, lo que más se adapte a ti y no lo que cueste más caro ni nada por el estilo. Te asesoran en todo momento y si lo deseas, te dan sus opiniones sobre ciertos productos, porque varios de ellos son padres y madres, y lo han vivido en propia carne . Manejan muchas marcas, por lo que sobra la variedad, y todo lo que manejan es de máxima calidad. Super recomendado!
