Unfortunately I had an extremely upsetting experience in this shop. After going to return an item which I had not worn and confirmed by my sister who was with me, the shop owner continued to rudely question me and went to the lengths of writing on my receipt after accepting the return that it was an unfaithful return in Spanish. The shop assistant on the other hand was lovely and kind. She was extremely helpful and always caring in helping you find the best item. It was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience when on holiday. Will not be returning.

BE AWARE- I order sandals. Blue, size 39.
They sent a completely different style. Size 37 and silver.
I am not trying to get a refund. They will not supply a return address.
Am trying to report as a scam.

Ne fait aucun effort avec les touristes ne parlant pas espagnol et désagréable avec les enfants, nous allions acheter un bijou mais finalement non.
