Had an amazing experience at this beautiful winery! The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the wine was simply exquisite. Each sip was a delight, and the flavors were unforgettable. The hospitality was top-notch—she was so welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for a lovely, intimate wine tasting experience, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a wonderful, last minute tour with Monica, the winemaker, today. She explained all parts of the tour efficiently and interestingly, and led a wonderful tasting of their four delicious wines. An intimate experience compared to the bigger bodegas, and delicious red wines. Recommend to anyone in the area.

Monica the owner and winemaker is amazing!!!! And the wine is incredible! I can’t recommend this too highly. Please, please visit this winery!!!! Monica speaks English and is very helpful. She has an extensive knowledge of winemaking and loves to share it with you. If six stars were possible this would be it. We did several bodegas this was the best.

Excellent, the best - we were met by one of the owners that is also the winemaker. The 1.5 hour wine tasting ended up being a 3 hour walkabout, tasting, discussing the wine making process, problems in vineyards and more. Being from South Africa and a true lover of wine, done tasting in many places - this will be one of the most memorable tastings. Spending time with someone that has personally invested in the land, cellar and every bottle of wine was special.

Make sure and save an hour or more to visit this wineyard. Monica, the master winemaker, will take you to an amazing trip in the land of winemaking. You will have the possibity to learn something about Ribeira del Douro, its history, current times and wines. Last but not least your tongues and palates will touch the harvest of this land, the various tempranillos they have, from basic to high-end labels. Enjoy. Shopping on the spot possible.

We LOVED this winery. It was recommended by our hotel as they speak English, and we were not disappointed. The wine was delicious and Monica was engaging and happy to talk all about the process, the vines, the grapes…all the things my Wine Nerd husband loves to chat about.

My family and I visited on our last day of our Spain trip. The owner and winemaker, Monica, was absolutely wonderful! Most of my family are Spanish speakers, but I am not, and she was able to give us a wonderful tour and tasting, while accommodating the English speakers of the group. The wines were fantastic. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Domino Lubiano Bodega with my family, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the picturesque countryside of Ribiera Del Dureo, the vineyard offers stunning views of rolling hills covered with lush grapevines.

Upon arrival, the owner paused her lunch with a group of friends to warmly greet us. She served as our tour guide throughout the visit, providing us with fascinating insights into the winemaking process. She explained the various process steps and the meticulous care that goes into producing their amazing wines.
The tasting session was a highlight of the visit. During the wine tasting, she sat with us not only to present the wines but also to talk about various other topics and share a glass of wine with us. This was wonderful because it made us feel like we were part of the family.

Overall, my visit to Domino Lubiano was a delightful experience. The combination of exquisite wines, beautiful scenery, and friendly, knowledgeable staff made it a day to remember. Great experience! We can highly recommend the visit and tasting at Dominio Lubiano. Monica, the wine maker, gave us a very interesting and informative tour through the vineyards and the bodega. We learned a lot about the wines,the history of the region and really enjoyed the tasting of 4 wines with some cheese specialties from the region. Great wine and a really nice visit! We had a guided visit with Monica, followed by wine tasting. We enjoyed every minute of it: we were curious about the winemaking process and asked many questions, and Monica answered them readily, with knowledge and humour. The architecture of the winery building itself is so beautiful, it really catches your eye as you drive by. It is a family business and it was very endearing and inspiring to see how much love and care they put into the wine making process. This is not your mass-produced, factory-style generic wine: Dominio Lubiano's wines are lovingly crafted, truly artisanal products. The tasting was lovely, we enjoyed the wine and the snacks, and chatting with Monica and her young son was an absolute pleasure. If I am ever in the region again I would be sure to stop by just to say hello and buy some of their delicious wines.

Fantastic experience, gorgeous wines at great prices. When we arrived with no reservation there was no one who spoke English but the winemaker arrived within 30 minutes and was very friendly.

This visit to Lubiano was one of the highlights of our stay in Ribero del Duero. Wonderful experience with Monica and Emilio. Wines are delicious and have a great price point .
