The team has been great. They sorted custom beds for all rooms and they will look amazing in sure, to Sofas etc for lounges. The team at Ideal i cannot fault, very helpful, Super fast delivery every time! He has a very calm approach to finding solutions and making sure you’re Happy.

We have just taken delivery of yet another item from IDEAL and are delighted! We have bought from them over the last two years when we bought our new home. We started with made-to-measure curtains and curtain poles, TV console unit, bedside tables and I’ve just ordered the matching chest of drawers as I am delighted with the quality and style of the bedside tables! Noelia, the interior design advisor is very honest and good with interior design ideas. They are very accurate with taking measurements and even sent someone to our house to measure our windows in case I had got the measurements wrong! The best thing about the service, which I didn’t realise initially is they deliver and install! I cannot recommend them enough. There are only two places I will now shop for furniture, IDEAL and a well-known department store on the coast!

Also, great after sales service too. I had a problem with a piece of furniture that I accidentally damaged and they are in the process of getting a replacement piece for me from the supplier.

Tok our order at Christmas and held furniture until we arrived today. Delivery came when promised and delivery men assembled all the furniture put into the room and took all the boxes awAy. Great service and great furniture we shall be visiting again soon

In these modern times it is absolutely refreshing to have a company who offer outstanding service to each customer and who do not try any sales techniques but let the quality sell itself. The service we received from Nesh and his team was second to none! He came up with great suggestions, while always listening and adapting to what we wanted. Extremely attentive, easily available and hard working, has all come together with an amazing result which we could not have been more delighted with. In addition, where appropriate Nesh’s team hand built from scratch items such as garden furniture that could not be sourced from stores, and quite honestly made them to a higher standard and value than anything you can buy from a store!

Due to a miscommunication I was not pleased with my original bed color and design. The staff and owner made a point to rectify this and made me a new bed. I kept the mattress as the quality was so good!

He sorted out all our BEAUTIFUL furniture everything from sofa beds curtains etc even r lighting an bathroom mirrors an i can say all to the highest quality we are delighted an nothing is a problem if things didn't suit he changed them very professional an a true gentleman the staff hear are a great team very professional an great English speaking I will definitely reccomend to anyone
