Restaurant Young Hearts

Had a great visit to Young Hearts:
- Each dish was extremely tasty, balanced and full of interesting flavors.
- The progression from one dish to the next was also very well thought out.

- Service was knowledgeable, but also friendly and unpretentious.
- The waiters had excellent wine recommendations when we ordered by the glass instead of taking the wine package, and even provided a few alternatives based on what we told them about our preferences.

The food was great from the beginning to the end. Great combination of cuisines and ingredients throughout. Possibly even better than some michelin starred restaurants I have had in the past. Service was exceptional, the waiter was really nice. Overall, a perfect place for a cozy/laid back dinner.

My dining experience at the restaurant was truly exceptional. I opted for the 7-course tasting menu, complemented by two delectable desserts. Each dish presented an amalgamation of exquisite flavors, immaculate plating, and a culinary finesse that left an indelible impression. The service staff exhibited an exemplary level of courtesy, taking the time to elucidate the intricacies of each dish, elevating the meal to an intellectual and sensory delight. The piece de resistance was undeniably the fish, cooked to perfection, achieving an ideal balance of tenderness and flavor, rendering it a pinnacle of gastronomic excellence.

Google Maps is starting to be frustrating. It does not accept positive reviews, probably, as it is not telling the actual reason.

Would "5-star experience" be an acceptable review?

"Excellent experience. A rare thing nowadays to be so positively surprised. Innovative food and still the each course is in harmony with each other. Service is friendly and knowledgable - all questions answered. Reading the menu requires translation. Each line is not always a dish, not a 9-course dinner. And wines also really good, even without ordering the wine package."

Cool and cozy restaurant. Food was great and really tasty. Natura wines may not be for everyone, but waiters do listen your preferences and will get you one to go along with the food. Allergies and gluten free options are taken care. Menu varies. Special shoutout to music selection and mood!

What's not to like? The tasting menu is well-paced with a variety tastes, the wine pairing is very good (natural wines) and the service is polite and friendly.

One of the best relaxed fine dining experiences I have had in Helsinki. Superb ingredients and creative dishes mixing local traditions with international influences, such as Japanese flavours. The wine package was stellar and complimented the dishes with interesting wine choices. Friendly service and a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely go back once the seasonal menu changes.

Real gastronomic experience at affordable price in a fairly relaxed atmosphere. Except the first starters which were lacking kick, the rest of the menu was fantastic with some dishes worth a Michelin star. Wine pairing for EUR 59.- is also a very good deal. In a nutshell: highly recommended!

Truly delicious food and excellent service! Time passed by flying while we enjoyed a mouth watering several course menu with excellent wines. Friendly and knowledgeable service was always close, yet never obtrusive. We'll certainly return to this restaurant after summer break

We really enjoyed the 9 course progressive menu. After the first four or five courses, we were certain that this would be one of our best meals. And don't get wrong, the food was really good. But the latter part of the meal wasn't as great as the first part. The meat course was ok but compared to the first courses it was a bit boring. The dessert was unfortunately the weak point of the meal.

But we will definitely come back!

Second time we have eaten here. Really good and imaginative cooking and wine flight. Vegetarian option also very good. Very strong recommend.

WOW. This is Michelin-star quality food, absolutely fantastic andserved in a creatively colorful way. 1000% recommended!! Try the wine recommendations with the menu, it is absolutely breathtaking!

More expensive than i am used to. Excellent service. They have excellent English. I experienced flavors that were new to me. A fixed menu with fixed price. It was 59 euros

Small and uncomplicated restaurant with really good food. Especially appetizers were our favorites (try squid). Menu is short which is always good sign. I dont eat meat and it worked fine. There's friendly and knowledgeable service. Suitable for small groups and couples. Book a table beforehand.

I highly recommend Young Hearts because of its friendly and professional staff, amazing food and a wonderful selection of wines.

It contained a little Japanese material and was very delicious. The quality is high and it is also recommended for Japanese people.
