Excellent “fine” dining with delicate flavors. a great 5 course menu included diverse dishes and were large portions like most Alsacienne dishes.
Excellent service and support with nice pairing local wines.
Atmosphere was very nice also.

We had a beautiful meal on our last night in Alsace. This restaurant showcases Alsace food and wine at its best. Wine recommendations were perfect bringing out the best in the meal. Service was impeccable and such a beautiful dining room.

Although they had two minor mishaps, the staff handled it with the utmost professionalism and was at all times friendly.

A pleasant surprise. We found this restaurant on the way back from our hike, hungry and dehydrated. The restaurant has nice and relaxing ambiance. Seatings are available inside or outside terrace. Set menu for lunch is well priced and definitely worth it for the quality and taste. They are also wine producer. Service is excellent. I would highly recommend!

I unexpectedly came across this restaurant and was pleased I stopped. The people sitting outside gave an idea of this restaurants popularity when everywhere else was quiet.
The staff were very pleasing and happy and were able to talk to me in English. The attention to detail and skills of the staff are exceptional.
The food is fabulous with unique turns on classic dishes. The presentation and flavours were amazing and the choice of wines, presented on electronic tablet, were extensive. Their proposition for wine matching was excellent and great value.
Sitting outside I enjoyed a lovely quiet courtyard but the inside restaurant and facilities were as beautiful and well kept. A great combination of modern and old.
I can't recommend this place enough it was a joy to have had the opportunity in life to experience this haven.

An excellent address in Eguisheim. The food is excellent and well presented (4 menues and 2 à la carte).
The service could be a bit faster (between two meals) but they currently lack personnel like in most restaurants, and the vegetables worked slightly more (glazed).
Overall a very good experience.

An absolutely superb meal. We both chose to have the fixed menu Gourmand of 4 courses and to have a 3 glass (100mls each) wine pairing. All the food was amazing. Well presented, well thought out, interesting flavours and little tweaks. Wines good. Service friendly and helpful despite our, at times, inadequate french. We could have conducted the whole experience in English had we needed to. Just the right amount of food (well maybe a little much but that is the right way to err). Service not hurried but not too slow despite the restaurant being almost full and a Saturday. Highly recommended.

Great service, excellent food. With a party of four, we had a three course dinner with the great option of getting a fitting wine with each course. We received fantastic good with a fitting glass of wine chosen according to what each person had ordered.
