Spa Hôtel Restaurant au Lion d'Or

This is our stopover for skiing trip. Absolutely love it. Great value, cosy rooms, great food and service. A splendid family run hotel

Stopped for a coffee on our way cycling to Italy from the UK. What a great place. Elegant splendour in a delightful town. Very good service and great coffee. Must return by car soon and stay for a few days

Amazing restaurant with exceptional service, food and wine. Prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of the dining experience. Restaurant is a must if you are in the area.

Beautiful restaurant/hotel in Northern Alsace. Excellent food, wines and service, reasonable prices. Rooms are cozy. Friendly staff, starting with the owner, Philippe Velten. A real gem of a place!

I arrived on my motorbike in the evening ( parking in the back) and got proposed a small room with breakfast from the nice, friendly old lady. I reserved a place in the restaurant and enjoyed the terasse facing the „mairie“ with a well mixed „apératif“. The food, local wine and dessert in the restaurant were absolutely excellent and the service knowledgeable. I was a bit stunned about the nice quality but I guess that is simply „France“ for you :-)
(The matress was a bit hard, a topper would have been nice ;-) , but I guess that is a personal preference ). Either way: I‘ll pass here again if I‘m in the area. I can only recommend it. A very nice experience. Keep it up!

We didn't stay at this hotel because we didn't know this hotel has 3 Tesla destination chargers before we arrived in this small town. The hotel staff was very nice to let us charge our car even though we were not guests at their hotel. Really friendly and generous.

Only had a drink. Food menu is limited for the terras, but service was nice and beers were fine. Probably a better experience when visiting as a guest and enjoying their spa.

Outstanding family run hotel in the beautiful village of La Petite Pierre. Great facilities and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

La piscine bien aussi.
Un personnel d ' une très grande gentillesse ainsi que le directeur !

C'est un lieu exceptionnel avec un intérieur cosy et une vue absolument magnifique depuis le restaurant. Donc, je n'ai visité que le restaurant et j'y retournerai certainement. Bon service, bonne nourriture et ambiance ambiante. Tout cela rend votre séjour là-bas très agréable et relaxant.

Super hotel, le personnel est très chaleureux, les chambres sont très bien, le restaurant au top, la piscine et le jacuzzi également. Je conseille vivement cet hotel où on s'y sent bien. Nous sommes venus avec notre chien et il a été le bienvenu. Ambiance familiale, à refaire. Merci au patron !

Super expérience.

Moi et mon mari avions une chambre village classique et c’était tout simplement parfait, très propre, simple et chaleureux.

J’avais quelques craintes concernant le spa à cause des commentaires que j’ai pu lire et finalement j’ai été agréablement surprise. La température était vraiment réconfortante dans l’ensemble de l’espace piscine. Il faisait très bon c’était propre, la vue sur l’extérieur est sympa.

Lors du petit déjeuner aussi c’était top, la vue depuis la salle de réception est incroyable, l’accueil de la personne qui s’occupait du service était très chaleureux, les produits du buffet étaient de qualités honnêtement nous nous sommes régalés.

Magnifique séjour au Lion d'Or, nous ne pourrons que recommander !! Accueil chaleureux, cuisine excellente qui vous émerveillera au travers de ses créations.
Professionnalisme, savoir faire et savoir être du personnel sont au rendez-vous. Sans oublier la piscine, spa et sauna qui saurons vous réconforter à votre retour de randonnée

Hübsches und sauberes Hotel mit Indoor-Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna.
Leckeres Frühstück mit vielen Dingen aus eigener Herstellung und sehr gutes Abendessen im Restaurant. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, insbesondere um uns als Familie mit Baby den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen, z.B. Babybett mit kleinem Bademantel für das Schwimmbad, Unterbringung des Kinderwagens, Hochstühle in versch. Größen, Aufbewahrung der Babynahrung im Kühlschrank.
Wir kommen gerne wieder hier her!
