Joying experience. The accommodation is very comfortable. The style of the rooms that brings us back to later years is also nice. We had breakfast there, there are many possibilities and very tasty, I highly recommend breakfast. There were no fresh vegetables in the meal but there are many other options to eat. The reception and those responsible for the dining room are smiling and welcomed us nicely.

We had an amazing stay at Château de L’île for our one night stop over to the Alp.
If you love the classic setting and old skool furniture with very friendly staff, this is the place. The restaurant option is also very welcome after a long drive. Merci !

Very friendly staff and everyone was very helpful, particularly with a problem with Booking .Com, Jessica was very efficient and handled everything with style and charm.
The restaurant provided a great dinner and the breakfast was also very comprehensive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will certainly stay there again when in Strasbourg.

We were invited to Chateau de l’Ile for a friend’s wedding and it was hands down the best wedding meal I ever had

The location is superb also. It is not far from Strasbourg but its super relaxing and quiet and lots of green scenery.

We did not slept there but subjectively the rooms decor are not my style especially the wallpapers

What a lovely, peaceful place. This Chateau sits on a large property by a small river. The grounds are beautiful. The room I stayed in was quite large and very nicely decorated. There is a dining room, breakfast room, bar, pool and spa. The staff were very nice. The food was excellent. The location is so charming with the church bells that chime on certain hours and even a rooster crowing a few times in the evening hours. They have lots of parking too.

This place is a bit rigid about their check-in time. Another interesting thing about this hotel is that it is not easily accessible from the motorway. It is not bad by any means it's just a little detor. The staff are very nice and the food is excellent. I think the hotel is beautiful and it is beside a river. I enjoyed staying here very much

Great quiet place. Family friendly. Indoor pool, nice breakfast options, close to train into the city for easy Christmas market travel. They even gifted my son Dominos

Very pleasant stay. Professional staff that were happy to speak English. Impressive view from the pools in the spa! And we were allowed to park on the lawn to charge our electric car! Unfortunately no vegan options for breakfast.

What a perfect stay! Very kind and helpful staff, great room and facilities. The room and bathroom (with separate bath and shower) were clean and the bed was larger than in most hotels I've been in last few years (at least King Size).
The swimming pool was clean and quite large for an indoor-hotel-pool and the turkish steam bath was great. There was also a sauna and a massage room, but we didn't use those.
Upon checkin out the very kind staff offered us complimentary bottles of mineral water for on the road - a very nice touch!
Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Price : *** expensive and with breakfast price is higher.
Location is outside the city about 15-20 min drive. If you want to be out of the city noise and be along the ile river. Beautiful view, especially in spring.
Few choices as usual for vegetarians, has fresh salad with artichoke and another option with some fruit, Rice with coconut milk and lentils. Some with cheese options are also there if you don't mind.

Breakfast is very standard European, cold cuts, croissant, toast or baguette with butter and an assortment of jams, cereal, tea coffee or hot chocolate. Some fresh local yogurt (was very good). Fresh juice, fruit bowl to name some.

The breakfast room seats about 20 people and overlooks the river.

Additional info: A cab fare from Strasbourg station to here is about 35-40 €.

Very friendly. Warm welcome. We rode up on bikes and we felt like we rode up in a Bentley. Not one pretentious person or attitude. Love it. Supper clean supper amazing. Stay here if your lucky enough.

What a lovely hotel to chill out in. Staff very helpful. Food was good. Pool was lovely. Grounds lovely for a stroll.

Lovely and upscale hotel located between Strasbourg and many other towns in Alsace. We went with family and two kids and they arranged a sofa bed for us. The kids were happy. The pool area is a plus with jacuzzi and sauna. The pool area opens to a terrace with a beautiful view. About 15 minute drive to Strasbourg and about 45 minute drive from Castle Haut Koenisgburg. Not a lot to do in Ostwald other than a great boulangerie nearby (they have great eclairs).

The best place for an escape. You can spend a great stay without hearing any bad or disturbing noises.

They have a great restaurant and a professional chef.

A little outside of Stroudsburg, but there was a tram in walking distance.
Ver nice hotel. We really enjoyed it.
