Third stay at the Chateau. Mark & Fiona were fantastic hosts, as always. A homely character full place & wonderful base to explore Normandy.

A truly magical place to stay.Every nook and cranny is full of interest, you are made to feel so comfortable by the owners, who are incredibly friendly and the loveliest of people.Leaving such a wonderful place is hard. Already looking forward to returning. Just a dream place .simply love it ❤❤🇫🇷

Fantastic rustic building... And even better hosts offering an excellent stop to see the surrounding countryside... And northern tip of this part of France... Especially of you are keen on its part in ww2 ..thank you catering to the fussy eaters 😂

Such a peaceful and tranquil setting, Mark and Fiona are lovely hosts with great knowledge and hints about the surrounding area. The Chateau itself is "shabby chic", with lots of character.

I rented the whole complex for my friends and family for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was truly a holiday that we will never forget. My friend and family all have the fondest memories. If you can I recommend experiencing saying there as there are wonderful beaches for both recreation and to take in the history. Amazing

It was quiet and picturesque. The hosts of the chateau knew everyone for all of our needs. They spoke English and French. They were very kind and polite Everything was clean but appeared to be out of a movie because how old (antique like) everything looked.

Brought 27 parents and scouts for the weekend to see the d-day sites. Mark and Fiona are exceptionally nice and the chateau is incredible. We loved our stay!

An incredibly charming chateau with obvious aesthetic appeal. From the heart shaped garden to the atmospheric printemps building next door, the whole property oozes history and charm. The owner Mark is a delightful man who took time to deliver a perceptively detailed presentation on the local area and some of the perhaps less well known points of interest. The main chateau is spectacular: each of the many rooms has its own character and theme. The adjoining coach house, which can be booked separately for smaller parties or else utilised in conjunction with the main chateau for larger groups, is also outstanding. Highly recommended.

Magical as always. We are totally biased as we have visited many times over 27 years. Yes, Mark and Fiona are very fine people.

Wat een feest. Het interieur is wat eclectisch, maar daardoor wel relaxed gezellig. Slaapkamers veelal ruim en hoog, vele met een zitje. De keuken is enorm en het ontbreekt er aan niets. Eetzaal is max 16 man zonder te moeten improviseren. En het mag er dan misschien wat rommelig uitzien, maar alles werkt en het er voor zo’n groot huis verrassend schoon. De verwarming werkt uitstekend en warm water was steeds voorradig. En niet onbelangrijk: Mark is de meest charmante host ever. Zeer aan te raden voor een succesvolle en betaalbare groepsbijeenkomst. Wij hadden er in ieder geval een onvergetelijk oud en nieuw.
