Hotel and our room - nice and clean good job room service, staffs were friendly and could talk or tried their best to communicate in English, nice location,
The negative part is :I asked them to leave an iron in my room, didn't find - when I asked them they said we have to come to the reception with our cloths (If so could have informed us earlier, I personally felt uncomfortable carrying cloths around) still my husband went there, they shawed a room with an iron, which was horrible and splitting and left stain on my cloths which I couldn't wear. This is the only disappointed thing.
I would recommend this hotel and will come back

It was easy to check in and room was modern and nice designed. The only comment is about toilet was in separated door.

Temmy and William was amazingly helpful although we were not their guest. Would recommend for their service for sure !

Great location. Super safe in the evenings. Steps from the Metro, which is the lifeline of Paris’ transportation. They have a bar area right by the reception area, but it’s closed on weekends. The rooms are clean. No iron in rooms. Good water pressure.

Nice lunch, Hamadi was a good host

The service is absolutely amazing. I arrived pretty late at night and still there were people to help me everywhere. Also the fact that there is sort of security and a triple check on everything made me feel pretty save. The one. Thing i would say is not optimal about this hotel is the location and that isnt even that big of a deal because there is a station location right below the hotel. In short; I love this place.

I stayed in the Mercure Hotel for 4 nights with my family. Very well organized hotel, clean and in a strategic location.

Friendly and helpful staff.
The Nescafe cups and free drinks are replenished every day.
Nice rooms and bed with a 55inch tv.

Stayed here on a Trafalgar tour trip for a couple of nights. We had a great room where we could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. This was our first time in Paris and we loved the accommodations.

Rooms lovely and clean staff not too friendly except for the young man that checked us in he was called William he was very friendly and pleasant lovely buffet breakfast plenty for everyone's tastes would recommend this hotel and stay here again the cleaning staff are nice and polite too

The location was great. The treatment of the staff was very loving and respectful. Breakfast was also very good.

Overall very pleasant experience the room was clean and nice and the concierge was very helpful. Definitely will stay again.
