CitizenM’s staff is reall attentive and helpful. Really welcoming too. Overall really nice place, just too bad the parking’s payment dispencer is out if order.

Stayed for 3 nights and apart from it being outside of classic bike sharing zone (Tier, Lime) it was flawless. Amazing people are working at the reception and restaurant. Lady was so helpful she provided me with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurant around Paris. Loved the iPad controls for the whole room.

What a fun and friendly hotel! Staff were superb, everyone working there was friendly.

The rooms were perfect for what we needed. Quite compact but enough space for a city visit. Very comfortable bed. Powerful shower.

We enjoyed staying once again in CitizenM (last time, we stayed in their hotel in Geneva). The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip in Paris. Rooms are very clean and bed was super comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely terrace and cool sitting areas indoors (in case it rains) which is perfect especially after a long day in the city. Will definitely book this hotel (or any of their branches) in the future.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I been to several hotel and this Hotel property is really different.
The guy from the breakfast who always serves us nice coffee is really great. The way he made the coffee every breakfast is really good (I forgot to get your name but I was there last June 2-4,2023). you did really good job !

Excellent staff here. The room and bathroom is very very small, but very clean and modern. Super cute restaurant/bar/common area. Didn’t enjoy the food much but the drinks were good. 10 minute walk from the metro. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed here for work and was pleasantly surprised with it’s facilities, the modern design of the room and the cleanliness. Fun atmosphere in the bar and breakfast had all you might need.
Plus side: bed was super comfortable!

What an amazing, modern place, walked in was welcome by Vito, who was friendly and kind in helping with directions, great and easy check in system and when i checked in and walked into the room it was just mind blowing, amazing rooms, everything operated by an ipad, clean and funky decor with comfy beds, and i even connected my phone via apple play and watched my movies from
The comfort of my bed with the views of an 8th floor room !! Marcela helped me with checkout and was just an all round superstar , and before leaving grabbed a coffee served by soloman who was polite and very friendly was only here for one night but was tempted to stay an extra night if i didn’t have work back in london! Would highly recommend this place to anyone !!!

The hotel has an innovative midset seen through its decoration, high tech controls via IPad for your room, very good customer service, happy and kind employees.

Brilliant and modern hotel with everything you could need. We were here for a weekend for a big concert at the arena and the location couldn’t have been more perfect.
The breakfast is really good and there’s lots of choice and healthy options too. Great coffee service available all day too, which is great - especially on a Sunday when there isn’t much else open in the area.
The rooms are compact but perfect for what we needed. The beds are super comfortable and we loved being able to control everything using the iPad.
The parking is fairly difficult to find but the roads were quiet so it was easy to take it slow and find the entrance. The car park was really quiet and felt extremely safe.

We’ve stayed in Citizen M hotels before and they are always impressive and we will definitely stay in one again!

I didnt like that the sink is outside the bathroom pod but it's a small detail

Super super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and high tech. Breakfast although not with too many choices, is delicious with fresh fruit. Hotel is located in a 10 minute walking distance from La Défense metro station.

Stayed here for the Burna Boy concert. I normally do lots of research beforehand, but didnt this time. But I needed a hotel and this one was perfect. It is located across the road from the paris la defence stadium, so top marks for location. Also really food for public transport and also located near to Westfield shopping centre, which has lots of restaurants. Upon early arrival, I was able to check into the room, which was fantastic. The check-in was quick and easy and the room was clean and compact and everything controlled by an ipad. Breakfast was tasty and filling with lots of options. Check out was good with lots of staff to help following a computer system issue. Overall a really nice hotel in a good location on the outskirts of paris.
