I'm happy with the car rental experience with this company. The pickup, return, and the provided car were all good. Interestingly, we were given a much larger car than expected; I ordered an economy and got an MG with Android Auto, which I'm satisfied with. Nice car. One minus was that it was initially difficult to find the counter. It was indicated to be at the first terminal, but the instructions didn't mention it was on the 5th floor. We had to wander around and eventually ask the security guards. Upon returning the car, the deposit was quickly refunded, but there was some misunderstanding regarding the insurance. They charged 200 euros from my credit card because someone in the office assumed I still had the car. Apparently, there's a lack of communication internally. After some correspondence, we sorted it out, and the money was refunded.

Picked up brand new VW Tiago in meaux (never going to try to drive out of CDG again). Put 2100+km on it. 3 weeks.
Return to CDG: Easy to find, easy to check car in, easy walk to terminal 2B.

However, once we got to your front desk, the team was excellent. Upgraded since they did not have my selected vehicle.

Hired a car for 4 weeks. No problems. Easy collection and drop off. Inadvertently left Samsung Tablet in the car. Went back the next day. They had found it and sent someone over to the airport returns to give it back. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great car and great company. The only issue that I had was the time it takes to check in and actually get the car was a lot longer than I am used to. there were 4 people in front of me and it still took almost an hour to get keys in hand.

I usually have a good experience with Europcar; it's my go-to for renting cars.
However, this time I ran into a little issue. I landed at Terminal 1 (Paris-CDG) and had booked my car online to pick up there. But when I got there, I was told to go to the Terminal 2 office to get my car. It was a Sunday morning, and now I know that on weekends, they handle all rentals from one office. The thing is, their website didn't mention this, so it was a bit of a hassle to find out after getting through Terminal 1 that I needed to head over to Terminal 2 which threw my schedule off somewhat.
On arrival at the Terminal 2 office, there was a slight wait which one would expect when all Terminals are renting cars from one office, but the staff member who greeted me was pleasant and efficient in getting through the process quickly.
Furthermore, I was also pleased with the upgrade he gave me at no extra cost.
The car itself was new and clean looking, which is to be expected, but the interior wasn’t up to the usual cleanliness which I have come to expect with Europcar. Again, maybe a weekend issue with limited staff, but at the end of the day, a car that has not had a thorough clean (inside) became noticeable once I set off on my journey.
All in all, my rental was a good experience albeit the issue with Terminals.
Hopefully, Europcar reads this review and maybe changes their website to forewarn future customers when collecting a car on the weekend.

The Toyota Yaris X-cross (that was provided instead of Corolla) was in good condition and meets all my expectation. 3. The insurance that was provided with the car.

Awesome company, awesome customer service and very competitive car rental price. Thank you Europcar for hiring excellent customer service rep like Mr. Sofyan who took me out to car park to show me the difference of size between the car i rented and the next size up. I ended up choosing to pay extra for the next size up that Mr. Sofyan recommended because of the size. The most difficult part of the rental was getting back to the airport. They had Europ car return in terminal 1,2,3,4 and 5, and each terminal had a,b,g,and f. Turned around the airport for 4 times before i was able to figure which terminal 2b and which letter of the terminal i should return the car. Always remember to return the car to the same terminal it was picked from it.

Collection, return and deposit return were all quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful at both ends. Car was in pretty good order ( a few minor scrapes but nothing that inhibited comfort or performance). We had a BMW 1 series for 37 days with no issues.

The overall experience was very satisfying. Staff was kind and willing to help. The car we rented (ID Buzz) was amazing. I was positively surprised with the easyness to return the vehicle at the time of our departure.

Great car: new Peugeot 308 with built-in navigation (was very jhelpful and much better thah Google navigation).

Uthaya checked me in and his customer service was first class. Uthaya was kind, helpful and quick. Because of Uthaya I’ll definitely rent from Europcar again. Xavier was also great when I returned the car :)

I was very satisfied with the service and the rented car. I did not enjoy the interaction with the first person at the rental, but all the others services were good and prompt.

I had bad experiences in the past and I was really against to rent a vehicle from CDG but last week has proved I was wrong. The staff ´s behaviours have changed for the benefit of the customers.

We came with 4 people, 6 suitcases, and 2 bags. Initially, the 5-seat car we ordered didn't have enough space for our luggage. However, the staff promptly upgraded us to a 7-seat car. Of course, we paid for the upgrade, but it was worth the price. We were satisfied with the experience.

it was very easy to reach the parking and deliver the car but its recommended to take a full video inside and outside when you pick up the car so when you deliver it you will not face any problem if there is any scratches or old damage before you receive it
