Forêt domaniale de Saint-Germain

It's a very nice forest & very well looked after. You can walk around, cycle or run on well manage paths. You can spot red squirel, roe deers & lots of birds. It the spring it is full of bluebells & in the autumn different colours & some nice mushrooms

Fabulous and extensive ancient forest with many quality exercise facilities nearby (sports and swimming mainly). The forest is criss-crossed with paths of various sizes with many hidden open spaces for picnicking or rest. Despite its proximity to the residential suburbs of Paris and the number of people making use of the forest, it is sufficiently large, that one can always find a quiet spot. There is plenty of wildlife to see too.

Totally loved it and walked through to the garden as well and the view was breathtaking. There's no end to the walking...

A lovely easy to get to (take the RER line A to the end) escape from Paris to nature. A beautiful walk.

A great place to recharge, but no drinkable water fountains, and its a little bit sad that you can find trash around the pond in the north of the forest. Other that that, it s an amazing place.

The forest here is a great place for a walk or a run. They have pretty long straight paths but never too long. There are enough variations to made in your routes so you make it interesting for yourself for multiple days.

It's a quiet and dense forest with enough light to make it okay for an evening walk.

Very soothing and relaxing park and forest. walking around the park you see animals around and a lovely view over the river.

Very pleasant domain. Pathways for horses and also trailers and MTB. You might mushrooms chesnats, etc. Very nice for walk and relax.

A wonderful park, in the outskirts of Paris suitable for a walk and quite appropriate for running. Beautiful views and sightseeing.

Absolutely amazing forest. Come on Sundays and gear up with fresh produce from the Sunday market in town. Then come here for a picnic
