Vapiano Lyon Confluence Pasta Pizza Bar

Interesting pizza and pasta restaurant in the Confluence mall. You pick a table, scan the QR code, order online, then they bring the food. Everyone we spoke with spoke English. The pizza was great, and the wine was good.

I’ve had such a great experience at Vapiano. I went in the begging of December 2023, and the service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly and the attention to detail in the presentation of every dish, besides them being delicious, was convincing enough to make me wish I’ve discovered it earlier :)

We had a great experience coming to this restaurant. The pizza's were delicious, the staff were friendly, the place looked amazing PLUS the view was incredible!!
We went when they had the special offers ( I think it was drink, main dish and dessert for less than 18€ ) so it was very affortable and it was super good too!! I recommend this place 🍕💕

It is my first time in Lyon and as I was walking through the mall I saw a Vapiano, a restaurant I’d visited in many cities already. The food is what I expected - delicious as always, however, what really made my experience memorable was the manager of the restaurant Fatou, who took customer service to another level for me. If I lived in Lyon I’d definitely by a regular at Vapiano, but since I am not, I can at least recommend it to anyone passing by! 5/5 stars for me

Delicious food and extremely friendly staff. I also dropped my tray which contained the food I ordered by mistake and the employees and manager insisted on giving me free of whatever I ordered. I would definitely recommend this place for the food + employees.
