They offer really good bread, and they have a nice terrace in the summer, right in the middle of the Humanist Library, and the two churches of the city.

Lovely atmosphere, the staff was kind and welcoming, open to explain and guide you on how to start the tour.

Nice little museum, and it’s a bakery shop too! The bretzel is delicious.

Very interesting exposition, lot of tasting included in entrance fee. You can buy very good bread and sweets in the end.

Great bakery housed in a historic building. Excellent coffee, smoothies and cakes!

Very tasty sandwich, and friendy service. Recommend going here for lunch.

Pour de vieux "croûtons" comme nous pas d'enseignement ou de découverte sur la filière pain et la panification. Mais le Musée est très agréable, pédagogique, le jeune personnel charmant.
Alerte! Ceci n'est pas une critique juste un tout petit regret : nous aurions aimé quelques planches explicatives sur l'incroyable variété des pains alsaciens qui nous enchantent.

Un petit musée très ludique et a faire.
Forfait famille intéressant et bonnes gourmandises a s'offrir à la sortie.

Oltre al negozio, con 3€ si può visitare il museo del pane, che si sviluppa su 3 piani.
Molto interessante sono le varie attrezzature utilizzate lungo la storia per fare il pane!

Und kann mann dann noch frisch Gebackene Baguette und Brezel essen oder auch Plätzchen. Es ist alles sehr gut

Musée très intéressant qui nous en apprend beaucoup sur les céréales et le pain à travers les âges. Nous avons passé une bonne heure de visite enrichissante clôturée par un incontournable arrêt au magasin où nous avons dégusté des gâteaux de Noël délicieux agréablement servis par la maîtresse des lieux.
