Logis Ferme du Vert - Hôtel et Restaurant

1st visit since the new owner. Will not be our last. Loved it.
We happened to have our daughter and husband with us, who live in Las Vegas! They loved it, too. Extremely tranquil. Fine food. Can't wait to return.

I've travelled around quite a bit and this was probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
First, the location is amazing: a renovated farm in the middle of the fields, such a peaceful and quiet environment! Easy access to the nearby villages and towns, yet far enough to feel like an escape to the countryside.
Second, the restaurant: local produce and ingredients, cooked to perfection, refined but not pretentious, tastefully "terroir" yet modern! Delicious!
Finally, and most importantly, the staff! They are the main reason why my stay was near perfect! They took care of my elderly relatives, they had great recommendations for activities, their attention to details was amazing,... I could go on and on!
I highly recommend La Ferme Du Vert, and I hope to be back soon!

Location, rooms and staff were excellent. If you want to stay somewhere totally out of the way in the country to relax, this is it! From here we made short day trips on small roads following the GPS in our rental car avoiding highways and had wonderful long lunches. Great experience. The restaurant is cozy and the food is good. We would love to stay there again in the future. If you book, reserve a studio. The extra money is worth it.

Great room with the most amazing bathroom. If not huge, the beds are very comfortable and the design and decoration very thoughtful.

We stayed with young children and there was always someone on hand to help with whatever requests we might have had (Sylvie the receptionist was especially accommodating!)

Furthermore, the restaurant on site is very good, and the local area appears to have a lot to offer, being so near to the coast.

We have returned several times! Great value and delightful rooms plus the restaurant is tops - a Michelin Bib Gourmond. Breakfast is also excellent. Thomas, the proprietor, and his team are charming, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful French farm, great food. Gotta try their cheeses when you’re there. It was a fantastic find. We stayed here after getting in from Calais - changed our hotel for the last night in France so we can stay here again. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

A truly great Logis. The owners and staff all made a great effort to help us with our infant (cot, high chair, flexibility with meals, recommended children friendly places etc). The setting is beautiful, quiet, French countryside with a beach only 15 minutes drive away.
The half-board option is a bargain given the quality of the food - staying four nights we ate our way through the menu and loved everything.

I’ve been coming here on and off, (more off in recently because of distance) for over 40 years.
I was therefore sorry to see some negative comments.
The Bernard family are passionate about what they do, from Mr Bernard’s original move from Paris (?) and the subsequent return of son (s?).

Last time I was there, I entertained former French colleagues for a major birthday with great success.

Maybe there have been staffing problems in the kitchen, but looking at the website, the bedrooms appear to have had a further makeover.. They are looking increasingly sophisticated given their modest beginnings.

Ferme du Vert has always been about simple comfort, fresh food, and warm hospitality, which from my experience, has consistently been offered in spades!

Dream come true. We have been here over a period of 18 years, several times. Best food (really really good), very friendly service and good place to stay. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect food

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans la suite familiale. La chambre est parfaite dans le style napolitain. Les enfants ont adoré la salle de bain et leur chambre. Le personnel est très accueillant, agréable et à l'écoute, merci !Dommage de ne pas avoir été au restaurant, cela devait être très bon vu la carte, se sont des produits locaux, n'hésitez pas !
Je vous recommande ce lieux sympathique pas loin des plages et des belles balades à réaliser dans le secteur.
