We did not stay here but came to try the Jacques Selosse Champagne and have dinner. The champagne was the best I have ever had. It is expensive, but if you love champagne, you have to try it. Dinner was wonderful. Every dish was perfect. Ask for butter with your bread. It’s very tasty. The server was also very kind. I plan to come back some day and hopefully try another type of Selosse Champagne

Love this place. Always has been my favorite champagne. But coming here to have lunch on my birthday, was a very special moment. Jacques and Guillaume - you’re stars that DP referred to! 😉 Cheers to the Terroir 🥂

An amazing experience. Fantastic rooms and exceptional service. Spa can be booked exclusively at no charge when you stay at the hotel. The restaurant is amazing and you of course also have the opportunity to drink the Selosse champagnes. At breakfast I had the best scrambled eggs of my life prepared for me. Highly recommended.

Amazing restaurant. Unique menu, great good, great quality and good value. The outside garden is very cute and a pleasure for lunch. The wine list is great and of good value! It is a must do while being in the area

We had a tasting with Jacque, and then a dinner and spent a night at this lovely establishment. Loved the champagne and the food and the design of the rooms. The team took great care of us and monsieur selosse took the time to talk us through his believes in nature and champagne producing.

Our first time in Champagne, a day trip from Paris. We stopped by for lunch. Nathalie took great care of us. Memorable two-hour lunch with delicious food, wine and hospitality. Would love to come back and stay longer. Highly recommended.

We only visited the restaurant and it was an excellent experience. The food was spotless, consequence of the very good, perhaps organic, ingredients. The wine list is huge and comprises a lot of good quality champagne. The waiters are kind and professional.

This beautiful restaurant is worth the drive from wherever you're staying in the region. A beautiful four course menu where everything is thoughtfully prepared and the service is very warm. We spent a good three hours at the table and loved every minute of it. Also, an incredibly impressive wine list.

Before arriving we had no clue if this is a good restaurant or not. We chose it only for the champagne by Anselme Selosse, which we were keen to try. The champagne was stunning, but to our slight surprise the food was just as good! The whole place is beautiful and cozy. Overall it was a great dinner experience.

The hotel and staff are amazing. The rooms are fantastic: large, spacious, decorated with care and good taste.

Word of advice, book the restaurant for lunch and dinner well in advance; it's always packed.

Dropped by for lunch only — made a reservation some time in advance. Patrick and team were very, very kind and made sure that our dietary restrictions were well noted in advance. The wine list is extensive, and this is of course home to Selosse (makes my heart sing). The restaurant serves one menu for lunch (one starter, one main, and one dessert), and the food was great! The place is homely and so beautifully done up. Will definitely return!

I just LOVE this place and its atmosphere! Lovely & spacious rooms (wonderful bathrooms), tasteful and cozy interior decoration all over the place. Great feeling in and around the house, great service. Good food, superb breakfast. Been there now three times, and the next visit is already booked...

If I think back to theses days, where people did not care if you got a shot or not, where the freedom to share a common passion was not banished by confusing rules. It was just another amazing night among champagne lovers who came together and enjoyed the here and now around wonderful champagne and wine. #thegoodolddays

After the visit at Salon it could not end any better, Geoffrey Delouvin joined us and once again, talking to this new generation of winemaker comes with lot of new approaches that opens furthermore your mind. Oh and by the way, he got impressive tasting wine skills! 🙇🏻‍♂
