Au lac du Drennec restaurant

The highlight of a fabulous trip. Absolutely delightful setting overlooking the lake. Very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Wasn't full as mid April. Dog friendly.

Me and my family visited on our holidays are were so happy with everything. They allow dogs and have either inside seating or outside under a gazebo.
The food was excellent and it was the best burger my dad has ever had! There is both vegetarian and meat options. Really lovely decor and the staff were lovely and were patient with our bad French.
It’s located right near the car park and the beach of the lake - perfect location! Will deffo recommend :)

The food is very well prepared and served, the waitresses are very friendly but a bit stressful when there are a lot of people. Everything went smooth though, no complaints whatsoever. I can recommend Thai chicken and Thai beef. My children had the black Angus burger and it tasted, according to them, very good.

Absolutely lovely meal ! Beer on draught was great. Steaks were cooked to perfection and curry was fully of flavour !

Must book in advance as very busy !

Great place to stop for lunch or small bite, or just a drink. Especially if the sun's shining, overlooking the lake. Nearby kids play area too.

Well what can I say? Excellent food, excellent location and excellent little gem of a restaurant. My partner and I visited this amazing place on Tuesday 29th May, we were so thrilled to see Mercedess back where she belongs. We have visited this restaurant over the years and were dismayed when it was closed for a couple of years. The food cooked by Mercedess was soooo.. good, the hospitality second to none and the personal touch fabulous. The new decor is so bright, clean and refreshing. Welcome back Mercedes and hello for the first time to the wonderful young lady who was assisting and making us feel so welcome. We shall be back in the summer to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the lake and to sample more of the splendid menu. Good luck

Stunning restaurant serving a fusion of French and Asian cuisine for lunch and dinner, and crêpes during the afternoon.
Great views over the lake. The sunsets, in particular, are amazing.
It's right next to a popular swimming beach, a Base Nautique and Camping le Drennec.

One word - Excellent. Mercedes has added Thai recipes to her menu this year. Wonderful setting overlooking the lake.

Food was very good. Service slow but down to being busy place. Marks out of 10 I'd give the place 10 every time

Everything about this restaurant is superb, including the diverse menu with truly delicious food, there's nothing not to like.

The chef's food is an experience to be savoured, Mercedes's menu is a world tour in food.

Accueil des plus sympathiques, une cuisine élaborée qui nous a transportés par ses saveurs (bravo Mercedes … petite mention spéciale pour la sauce Thaï 😉), tout était parfait…

Impeccable. Super surprise. Tous les plats étaient excellents et originaux (et à entendre les compliments venant des autres tables, cet avis était unanimement partagé). Service sympa, avec le sourire. Le lieu est magnifique, en plus.
Remarque : un choix végétarien conséquent (notamment le plat du jour), assez rare pour être souligné.
