Restaurant Le Vioben, Port de l'Aber Wrac'h

Fantastic. Very friendly staff, the products incredibly fresh and high quality and the chef is a master. I recommend a menu so you can taste lots of different plates. The only "down side" was that they couldn't provide us with accompanying wines. Maybe my French was too bad to explain what i wanted :-)

Best seafood place in the region!
They have fresh products and the owner Violene is lovely. I strongly advise to try their “Trio de poissons” or the Lobster.

What a wonderful experience, it doesn't get any better than this. We had the pleasure of having lunch here and the experience was simply lovely. They did not miss the mark on anything. The service and food was impeccable.

Good place, tasty food

We turned up to the Vioben without booking and luckily there was a table for two available.
The restaurant is soberly decorated; tables are not packed too closely together so there is a sense of space. The menu is varied but concentrates on fish and seafood, as you would expect from the location in the Aber Wrac'h.
We decided to go for the 59 euro menu, l'Ile Vierge. The first entree was an excellent foie gras presented with fingers of toast; the second entree, a ravioli of langoustines served in a garlic flavoured sauce - very good indeed.
The main course varies depending on the catch. For us it was St Pierre fish served on a bed of small vegetables, carrots, peas and finely sliced mange tout with a light sprinkling of butter sauce. Excellent.
The sweet was a very beautifully presented nougat glace with fresh summer fruits.
All the dishes were excellent and beautifully presented.
The wine list is quite extensive. We chose a Bourgogne red, Rully, light enough to go with the fish.
Service is fast, friendly and unobtrusive.
For aperitif, the wine and menu we paid 182 euros in total.
We both agreed that it was well worth it and would highly recommend Le Vioben, but do book your table first?

Nous sommes allés dans une table à quatre et nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'ambiance est très agréable avec une vue sur mer et des bateaux si vous êtes en terrasse. La nourriture est délicieuse et avec des portions bien présentés et des parfums très variés. Nous avons réussi à trouver une table au dernier moment, c'était sympa. Le service est professionnel et attentionné. On vous remercie 🙏🏽

Malgré 2 avis peu élogieux sur le site, nous avons réservé pour nous rendre compte par nous même car nous avions entendu que c'était un bon restaurant . Voici notre expérience : Du personnel aimable, professionnel et attentionné envers les client es (les verres vides sont enlevés, le pain est proposé...)pour servir des plats succulents. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée.
