Le Matisse

This has changed hands since we last visited, and it really shows. The decor has been updated and is very elegant. The interior talks about how the restaurant influenced Casino Royale.The House Rose is fabulous at 25 Euro. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a lovely bowl of soup and run baba.

The Matisse is a restaurant of European gastronomy with continuous service and it's located in the city center. The restaurant is run by a friendly and humorous Owner-Manager. The service team is dynamic and friendly. It has an outdoor terrace protected by windscreens and a superb indoor room with comfortable banquets. The restaurant is clean. You can park your car on the green zone car park by the sea and walk 10 minutes to the city center. At 4:00 p.m., it's still possible to eat hot dishes in this restaurant. The service is almost fast. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients, especially the seafood dishes. There is nothing to say about the value for money.

Had a lunch here on a Sunday and really enjoyed it. Great calamari rings to share. Rumsteak and ribs very good. Even the fries were difficult to be left on the plate.

We love the foods.. Delicious... They have good services and kids friendly too.. Unfortunately, we forgot to order the dessert, lol... Recommend for you to stop by

Excellent chicken & ham salad, wonderful pizza, and great service. A lovely place to sit and watch Le Touquet pass before your eyes. Recommended.

Outside tables, with overhead heaters, are great for watching the world go by. Great, varied menu and reasonably priced wine list, considering the central location.

Nice staff, food was served quickly too. Staff speaks English. And they are open during the late afternoon whereas some other afternoons are not.
