While my recent visit didn't reveal much staff presence available to assist, the store's layout allows for easy self-service shopping. However, it's worth noting that the store could be more tidy to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Two levels stores. One can find everything they need. First floor is all about groceries and the second floor is all the rest: toys, technology, books, household items etc

I enjoyed shopping as it was a hypermarket with two layers including everything and arranged very well so you can move everywhere easily

I am visiting France. I speak VERY little French (Spanish not helpful here). I bought 4 picture frames yesterday at this Carrefour. Two were great, but two ended up the wrong size and one had broken when I opened it. I had the receipt, so I returned today, apologized for my hopeless French, and did my best to explain the fact that the one broke when I took it out of the wrapper and that they both were the wrong size. The lovely customer service woman spoke about as much English as I did French, but she worked with me, and said I could exchange. Alas, the size I need is really odd, and it turned out they don't have it. She refunded my card without question. I had assumed I would only get store credit, so I had grabbed some items to buy. I often find customer service outside the US to be lacking, and since I don't speak the language, I knew that if a reason was given as to why I couldn't return the item, I would not have understood. I tried to be as polite as possible and tried my best to fumble through some french words. She responded in kind and worked to understand me, used what English she could and processed my return with no issue. It was such a relief and such a positive experience. The store is great...you can get practically anything you could want. After my return, I paid for the items I had gotten as exchange and left feeling very proud of myself. I should have gotten her name, but the dark haired woman working the customer service at about 12:30 on 22-feb-22 is a gem!

Went there with my parents and 2yr old - vegetables and meat section was quite spacious and it had a good variety of international provisions! 2nd floor had good hardware equipment and baby products - good place to shop over the weekend !

Great place for shopping. You get everything. The one thing i like the most about the place is they have provided

Everything a hyper super market should be. If its yiur first time. Expect to spend about 3 to 4 hours browsing the 2 floors. They also have a rich collection of la parfait can and jars and canning accessories which is why interested me the most. Like most hyper super markets they've got Everything. Electronics, clothing, food, etc. Books and stationeries etc. They didn't stock any books in English by the way... I didn't get a chance to find out If their staff were bilingual because my companion spoke french. The Mall in which this Carrefour is located is a large mall. Always a lot of crowd. Elevator is always jam packed.
