Veterinary clinic Cateliers

This is the second time using this vet for our return to the UK paperwork for our Cockapoo. They provided the worming tablet and we even managed to get his nails clipped for around €30. The vet was lovely and even though we tried our best with our French, the vet spoke perfect English. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Utterly professional, charming and helpful.
Also very organised and reasonable prices.

Great place, we would give more than 5 stars if that were possible. All staff spoke good English and were really friendly/helpful. We phoned to book as couldn't see any availability on line .Easy to book appointment. Cost approx 26 euros for a 11kg dog with our own tablet.Plenty of parking and would definitely recommend.

Really lovely lady vet (sorry, don't know your name) who was wonderful with our 2 border collies and sorted out their AHCs quickly and efficiently. Very reasonable charges. Thank you!

Wonderful vets. We have a dramatic, reactive German Shepherd who needed her worming tablet for travel. She took her worming tablet for travel!

Visited today with our two dogs for completion of AHC and worming tablets. Booked online a week before and contacted them to confirm. We supplied our own tablets (Droncit)and took some Jambon (ham)slices to ease the tablet giving. Very nice vet and staff on reception, very reasonable fee. Will use again if using Dieppe ferry.

Used this vets to get my dogs Pet Passport ready to return to UK. Easy to book appointment online, easy to find and park - staff very friendly and efficient. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Will definitely use again.

We visited Veterinary clinic Veterinary clinic Cateliers - Seren'vet again this year 2024 in advance of our ferry from Dieppe at the end of our three month Motorhome trip in France to visit family, while celebrating our retirement. Our request for an appointment received an immediate and positive response. The Professional but warm and relaxed welcome has not changed and is still excellent. Being from Scotland, our French has not improved much since our last visit, but the relaxed and professional English across all of the Practice quickly put us at ease. It is not difficult to telephone for an appointment in English if necessary. My previous high recommendation of this Practice continues for any Veterinary requirements.

We visited during our motorhome trip to France in July 2022 when a different practice didn't bother to respond.
I highly recommend Veterinary Clinic Cateliers for any problems that you may have with your pets. We received an immediate response from them which was very Professional and caring. Excellent English language skills which helped us greatly and a warm welcome when we arrived. Great results.

Excellent service today for appointment for tapeworm administering before return to UK. Lovely friendly vet who checked the paperwork and Ted’s new EU passport as well as stamping both documents. €24 (without tablet, provided my own). Plenty of nearby parking. Thank you.

Visited to comple the worming to return back to UK (animal health certificate). A busy local surgery with plenty of customers but very friendly. English speaking vet who was really nice and lovely friendly staff. And plenty of nearby motorhome parking. Perfect!

We needed a worming tablet and paperwork signed for our dog so we could travel back, very efficient and modetratley priced, will definitely be using again.

Great service from a very friendly and caring Vet. We booked in advance, having first checked out the availability of off road parking for motorhome and good reviews on Google. We had both dogs wormed for UK return, passports completed and one also received her annual vaccinations for pet passport. Very reasonable cost of €102.80
English is understood, as staff attend English lessons as part of their training!! Highly recommend this Clinic.

The vet and receptionist were both lovely. We booked in advance for worming tablets for our 2 dogs €17 . No hassle and lovely chat to the vet who I cannot remember his name. We will be back in September. Higher recommend this vets 👍
