Mercure Saint-Omer Centre Gare

Comfortable stay in a tranquil hotel. The room was a reasonable size, with fridge, air conditioning and a spacious walk-in shower. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, the parking worked well once we had found it and the dinner we had was good. We were very satisfied. The only slight problem was that the signage to the hotel parking could have been clearer, but we found it eventually.

We wanted to stop over in Saint Omer at the end of our holiday to enjoy the Saturday market and also break the long journey from down south in France to home in the UK. Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff, who also helped us to plan our trip to the market the next day.
The room was very clean, good decor and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and my wife loved the crepes on offer.
We were so pleased with our stay that we are planning a few weekends in this location for a break.

One night stay. The hotel is clean and well appointed. Dinner was very good. Breakfast buffet does require a faster replenishment; You may wait for juice or croissants, but they do arrive eventually. Other than that, a lovely place with friendly staff.

The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The restaurant attached is good value and serves imaginative and tasty food.

Saint-Omer in itself feels a bit off the beaten track as a Brit but this hotel is superb. Very convenient for a stay local to Calais etc.

Conveniently located if you're on your way to Calais from across Europe and want to be ready for the first morning tunnel trains or ferries. Modernly decorated and clean. The attached Le Strom restaurant has a good duck breast and plenty of options for breakfast. Private car parking in the back with chargers, if you're traveling by electric car.

Very spacious bedroom for a family of 4. Everything really clean and comfortable. Staff lovely and helpful. The restaurant attached has a great dinner and the breakfast spread was delightful. Definitely recommend. The little colouring books on the kids beds were a lovely touch too.

Fantastic hotel. Comfortable, personal and attentive. Breakfast is amazing, quality products with huge choice. We have stayed here at least 5 times on our way to or back from Spain. Says it all! Also dog friendly with a nice river walk nearby.👍

The hotel is beautifuly decorated and the rooms are fantastic. Beautiful, clean rooms.

Clean quiet comfortable superior room with a very good restaurant downstairs. Excellent service. The restaurant was welcoming for families and dogs. Private secure parking around back with an EV charger.

Staff were lovely, there's no reception here but 2 staff sitting around a small table at the rear of the entrance but they were great and spoke excellent English. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well provided. Beds were super comfortable. The best thing though was the food and the breakfast. We ate dinner and breakfast and both were exceptionally good. I would definitely recommend eating here even if you don't stay. The food was great value too.
