We found a leak in the rising main under our house which we reported to the shop late afternoon. A technician arrived as promised early the next morning and quickly made a repair. No, it wasn't within a couple of hours, but we survived overnight with the water turned off and the bill was ridiculously good value!

It's the third time we have called them out. Twice for line breaks which were always attended to quickly. The repair to the water dispenser on the fridge took longer but that was OK as not so essential.
