Great place , serves fish n chips and Guinness ! Beware only takes cash , but there is a cash machine opposite the pub .

Delicious hamburgers! Was there with friends from Mellionec, one of whom raved about the chicken burger.

Very nice place. Looks like fun, we loved the art on the walls. We came here for dinner and were not disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is very good. The burger was delicious, and even our 6-years-old could eat it without the thing falling into pieces.
The fish and chips was also very good. We had a great time. Please note: no cards accepted. Cash or check. Still, if you forget about that, there are 2 ATMs within about 150 meters from the restaurant, so you will be fine.

A really great place to eat and drink, food is so bistro and a wonderfull choice. Feel comfortable that English and French is spoken. One can eat inside or outside. Great staff and very helpful. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Not to be missed in central Bretagne.

The Celtic jamming sessions, on some Sundays, are brilliant. Great place for us English, to mix with the locals, who are so welcoming.
We definitely would recommend this place for an excellent evening out, or for a good lunch.

Have a lovely meal here with friends the other day. Food and atmosphere was really great. Will definitely go again.

Aux Sabots Rouges is a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful rooms , great service and fantastic food in the bar.Gemene-sur-scorff is a charming village as well.

Very nice restaurant. The food is fantastic, the beer is perfect. I had fish and chips and Guinness and they were the best I have had in many years.

Aux Sabots Rouges was always a really relaxed place to have an evening meal and our first place to take visitors.
The bar has really been raised with its new lunch menu. A gorgeous - to the eye and the palate - array of salads, dips, marinades and fresh bread , a volonte, a light but tasty main course, and afterwards, an array of desserts, small enough to satisfy, tasty enough to not jade the palate.
Personal and attentive service throughout.

Sabots Rouge is run by French speaking English. The food quality is excellent and very well presented. Price is very reasonable for a 3 course lunch at 14.50 euro. Very popular with both French and English clients.

At the bottom of the main Street in Guemene sur Scorff is the Sabots Rouges. A café bistro well worth visiting. The owners have managed to keep authentic features of the ancient building and interior fittings to create a unique atmosphere.
The food is innovative with enough variety at the buffet first course to please the hungriest vegetarian. The mains are simple, traditional and tastily delicious with no pretentions.
A must for Lunch or dinner.

Best fish and chips in Brittany, imho, great team and ambience, and great to have a good mix of nationalities there.
