Fantastic variety and quality of food in a picturesque setting. Service first class with English speaking waiter and waitress who were extremely helpful and friendly. So impressed we have booked to go back again tomorrow evening!

The quantity goes just perfect with how tasty it is! And the price is fair for what you get.

Decided to eat here for our wedding anniversary - and so glad we did. Beautiful location in the shaded courtyard, wonderful food, well presented and excellent value for money. A perfect lunch out.

Great place for lunch after walking the old town and seeing the cathedral. We had the set menu which includes a glass of wine, delicious, reasonable prices, cool decor inside, terrace was sunny and pleasant. For a bit extra order the café gourmand. Highly recommended!

It's my favourite café. I did not try the food. But it looks nice. The coffees and teas are really good. There are even, nice music and possibilities to eat and drink outside. The building is typical french

Our waitress was very attentive to our table. The staff spoke English, which made ordering very easy. Food was excellent, the atmosphere was phenomenal!

This restaurant is the only reason to visit Saintes, as the rest of the town is a dirty, run-down dump. However this is a delightful restaurant with fantastic food, a great vibe and really friendly service. Just a shame it's in Saintes.

We had a beautiful evening. The food Was superb and the live music just amazing. The atmosphere was super relaxed and the restraunt on each floor beautiful.

Was fortunate to see Ronnie Caryl again, this time upstairs in the restaurant, more acoustic numbers rather than rock when playing outside in the courtyard!! He still rocked!! Brilliant atmosphere, lovely food as always, staff were a bit pushed so had to wait a few times, my meal was delayed a good 10 minutes after everyone else had received theirs!! But we'll worth the wait, wasn't bothered as fantastic music!!

Love this place. I come for coffee after my French class (sorry Gabriel, I'm not writing this in French!) It's one of the few places in Saintes where you can have a small lunch or tapas without having to have a 3 course meal. The 'pop' memorabilia is worth seeing, as is Ronnie Caryl when he plays here.

Food, wine and service brilliant. The staff were incredibly helpful in trying to get us a taxi back to our hotel, with no taxi available the waitress went above and beyond expectations by driving us back to our hotel, we'll deserved of a 5 star review.

Our favourite restaurant in Saintes, great food, good service and a lovely atmosphere. Our third visit and well be back.

A lovely setting in either of their courtyards. Great Staff. A great menu with generous portions. Wish I had room left for dessert.

A simple, tasty set lunch menu that was great value in a lovely restaurant that was really buzzing and friendly.

This place was an antique shop hence the name. Google the word musarder in French. It is now a café. It is worth trying the Italian chocolate there. It it a melted hot chocolate. If you dunk a spoon in it, it will stay straight.
By the way, they also have a selection of tea and some food that I have not tried. Let me know when you try them.
Staff is very busy but they are very friendly and they greet you with a smile.
