Le Truc Bidule

Another visit to the great restaurant. Still as good as we visited last year. They have new concept now, small plates like tapas. Some crazy twist of Asian and French food. I’m Indonesian, and I tasted their Indonesian mussels style, it’s almost the same like how my mother would cook. In lunch time they have promotion, if you have 2 plates you’ll get free side dishes and if you have 3 plates you’ll get free dessert. We took 5! 1 side dishes (rice) and 1 dessert (cheesecake). Wine was really good too.. Waiter will tell you which will be good for accompanying your dishes. Like always, restaurant is always full. We had to make reservations the day before.

Amazing food, amazing tastes and the service was really good as well. The food is fresh here! I loved all that I ate and I really enjoy tapas food, when you order some different plates and eat a bit of all. Was the best.

Superb! Delicious! Fantastisch! Magnificent! The day after the meal we had at Le Truc Bidule and we stil can't stop talking about how good it was! Frederick is a Genius and knows exactly how to make your night memorable. The food is excellent, everything tastes fresh and there are a lot of different tastes to experience! Another great thing is that when they prepare sea food, you can stil taste the product your eating whilst they have added loads more flavors. I wish I could give this place more then 5 stars because they deserve it!

Returning year after year and at least twice a season, Le Truc Bidule delivers again. Fred who runs the show is so passionate about food and service, it shows. His welcome is always exemplary and his attention to the diners is legendary. The limited menu ensures whatever you order is fresh and beautifully cooked with ingredients chosen from the best suppliers in the region. Our dinner was so impressive I have booked a table again in 2 days time!

Food was very good. One of only a few with veggie option. A little expensive but well worth eating here. Staff friendly & atmosphere good

Très belle expérience au truc bidule 🙏 Fred est tellement chaleureux, on se croirait à la maison. Les plats sont délicieux, le concept de petits plats et d'accompagnement divers permet un réel moment de partage et de convivialité. La cuisine est de très bonne qualité, on se régale à chaque découverte. C'est chaleureux, très bon, original.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dîner au truc bidule et c'était encore très bon. Plusieurs tapas a partager avec des produits et des recettes de qualité.

Très belle découverte d’une cuisine ingénieuse et intriguante. Délicieux , de très bonnes saveurs dans un cadre sympa! Biensur un accueil chaleureux et agréable, bref parfait pour un plaisir partager! Je le recommande vivement, à bientôt j’espère !

Un régal une excellente surprise. Des plats savoureux, relevés et équilibrés. Nous avons passé un moment top et le propriétaire est souriant et aux petits soins. Incontestablement le repas le plus intéressant que nous avons eu à Saint Cast.

Endroit très sympathique dans le centre de Saint-Cast, à deux pas de la mer. Tout y est excellent : l’accueil, le service et la cuisine !

Très bon service ! Les serveurs aux petits oignons, sympathiques et de très bon conseil.
Mention spéciale pour le tartare yakitori et les huîtres chaudes 👍🤩 les plats qui sont servis sont aussi beaux que des oeuvres d'art

Un service au top, des serveurs dans la bonne humeur, très gentil et la cuisine tout comme le service, au top également.

À recommander chaleureusement, cuisine avec des produits locaux.

À refaire sans hésiter et y aller les yeux fermés.

Petit lieu fort agréable. En entrant j'ai pensé que leurs petits plats aux grands prix étaient un peu tirés par les cheveux mais la portion d'un petit plat plus accompagnement était tout à fait ressaisissant. De plus, bonne surprise : cuisine de saison, au naturel et saine, délicieuse. Ambiance agréable et le personnel aux petits soins. Un petit plus pour la playlist de musique.

Petit lieu sympathique. Cuisine excellente, et le principe des petits plats permet de manger à sa faim, bien qu'on ait envie de tout goûter. Service super sympa, je recommande !
