Le Biscuit de Sainte-Mère-Église

A real surprise as to how many different types of biscuits they produce, great shop too. We had a lovely cup of coffee and a taster plate of biscuits 😋

A good restaurant with friendly staff. We had a simple dinner with burgers but they were of good quality with a good local beer. The staff spoke good English and the meals were delivered quickly. The overall look is clean and there is enough parking space in front of the restaurant.

Beautiful place to buy gifts or pop in for coffee and cake. The food is all made on site and always delicious.. particularly the lemon meringue pie!.. delightful gift section too.. and of course thr biscuits!!!

Great place for a morning coffee & snack! A huge selection of goodies made in their bakery. Cafe can quickly serve a traveling group.

Excellent French rural cuisine!

Lovely friendly atmosphere, the staff are very welcoming and efficient, and to top it all the food is really good.

The staff are friendly and helpful, I like the pleasant atmosphere. The hot chocolate was delicious with the lemon meringue pie. Afterwards I bought some thyme tea in the adjoining shop which has a variety of biscuits, ceramics and gift items.
Easy accessible parking.

This restaurant is in the town where the paratrooper (John Steele, see below ) got stuck in the church steeple.

Worth a visit.

Great location! Decent store for local goods next to a fairly large eating space. I had to eat here more than once!

Lovely selection of biscuits but so much more besides, including chocolate, French food (authentic), condiments, preserves and gifts (kitsch, retro and modern). There's also a fantastic cafe and restaurant on site so you're totally catered for.

Only went to the restaurant, but service and food were excellent.

It is a lovely place well worth a visit,lovely place to pick up a souvenir or presents.

A great place with a great restaurant and shop in a lovely town

Not 5* for food which was ok canteen but for serving out of strict french meal times. This is a tourist town with a museum which takes a while so customers may not get to lunch til late and a lot of place close at 2.

Excellent food, exemplary service. For a more "up market" experience definitely worth a visit.

Always a good meal. A warm welcome and a good choice on the menu. Highly recommended.

Not the standard souvenir shop. A lot of very delicious food!
